This Target in Casper is THE friendliest and so helpful. Today, looking for something in women's clothing. The young lady working in that department went out of her way to help. This has happened before at this Target. Great folks there.

Oh, the joy, when upon yonder hill did rise the glory that is Red and White, concentric in nature and beaming with arms wide to welcome us in. And the sweet relief, when in those loving arms at last we did fall, cradled as a child by the wide selection of products at reasonable prices, arranged in a manner most pleasing to these, our wild and weary eyes. For, though many hours on the road there may be yet ahead, we are never without our home when the Target is near. 💙

Service was excellent, I'm from Los Angeles California and I'm visiting Casper and Wyoming in general for the first time in my life. I have to say that the service at this Casper store is exceptional. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the cashiers by the name of Lexi. Her concern for my satisfaction was totally genuine. You just don't get kind friendly service down in Cali. The Targets in California can definitely take some tips from Lexi. She is a asset to your company, and because of her service I will consider moving to this town someday. Thank you

Other than a terrible hiring process with no in-person interview, it's a great place to shop. Always well-stocked, friendly customer service, clean and navigable even when replenishment is happening.

Target is always clean, masks are required and enforced unlike other stores in my town. I can always find something I need and things I love that I don't need. The employees are always friendly and the prices are competitive with other options in town.

I have never had a bad experience in this store and I have been a customer since 1994. I was in Yesterday again and found the staff to be rather helpful. The way your store is set up made it easy to find everything that In needed!

I have had the recent pleasure of speaking with the store director, Chris, after a not so pleasant interaction with my local Target in South Dakota and Chris has surpassed my customer service expectations I have come to know from Target. I find what I need whenever I go to target.

Great location and kind staff

The Store is always clean and stocked. There is always someone to ask for help and when lines get long they immediately get more checkers to the front until the rush is over. The employees are always friendly and respectful and if they cannot answer my question they find someone who can.

My wife and I went to Target to purchase things from our baby registry. We found the items we needed and at checkout we gave them our bar code for 15% off. It was scanned and we checkout out. Upon leaving we noticed the 15% off did not work. We went to customer service and showed them. It turns out we gave the cashier the wrong bar code to scan and that's why it didn't work. Steven came out to help us and went through every single baby item we purchased, typed in every single baby product were purchased his computer by hand, and got us our 15% discount. We caused a huge inconvenience, but Steven didn't bat an eye and was extremely patient and kind as he did this for us. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a customer support member.

The prices are reasonable and the overall shopping experience is seamless! I place my order online and by the time I get to town, it's ready for pickup. It saves me so much time to be able to run in and grab my order with zero waiting around!

Excellent store with good products. People who work in Customer Service are helpful too. I had to return something recently and the transaction was very efficient.
