Went in because I had a check engine light on. The guy was super friendly and read the code quick. Also looked up a part I will need in the future (unrelated to the code). Unfortunately it wasn't in stock but he informed me that it would be in possibly the next day. Awesome customer service.

My sister and I were in town handling family business, we needed to pick up a truck but we couldn't get it to start, we get a jump from a local who recommended that we go straight to AutoZone for further assistance.
We arrived and were greeted with the best customer service I had ever received outside of a 5 star resort.
The employees listened to what we were saying and they grabbed tools, testers, and other gadgets behind the counter and started heading straight to our truck to diagnose it.
They were like some kind of pit crew for a professional racetrack, knocking me out of my socks they were so.
Within minutes they determined that the truck battery was bad and we were also a quart low on oil. Everything else passed the test.
They had everything we needed ready to go, and they swapped out the old battery for the new one they just sold us, they even sold us a funnel knowing that we were going to need one for the oil too, couldn't believe how helpful they were.
11/10 I would highly recommend this business to everyone.

I stopped at this store while traveling to work to check with bunch of false codes in my 2018 highlander, the sales representative in the store helped me to run diagnostics on my car, i know its free for every one but a person like me that jave no idea on the codes need assistance. Thanks for the help guys. I really appreciate the help.

Very cool spot they will let you use there tools if you need . One night my buddy locks the keys in the car we run over ask them for a slim Jim the guy let's us take the slim Jim even though there closing and allows us to come back and pay after we get the door open, now that is customer service.

Ended up buying the wrong headlights and of course didn't save my receipt. Went back later and the staff were very helpful, looked through the computer to print me a new receipt, and found me the right lights. Really appreciated their help.

Car’s temperature gauge was rising aggressively when idling. I came to this Autozone less than an hour before it closed and these guys gave me a list of potential things to look for on my 4Runner. They let me know where the Toyota dealership was when I told them I was going to take it to get it serviced in the morning. Would highly recommend this store.

Only needed interior cleaning products on this visit. Store was very clean and well stocked and items were faced. Three registers and all were open. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I needed my wipers replaced, never did it before. They helped me find what I needed and even helped me put the wipers on my car!! Will definitely come back for other questions and help.

I really like them more than O'Reilly's or Napa O'Reilly's usually doesn't have the partner if they do it doesn't hold up and Napa's parts are all too expensive so AutoZone is the choice for me.

Broke down on my way home to Omaha from Yellowstone. Caliper bolt broke. I was able to buy a new bolt and socket. Fixed. Your the best.
