AT&T Store

Ethan was so awesome. I went in to upgrade my phone and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He was really honest about which iPhone models were best for me and what were different about each one, so I could get the one I wanted for the best price. Seriously so great and I couldn’t recommend him enough!! This is the best AT&T experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve been with them for almost 15 years. Easiest phone buying experience I’ve ever had!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with AT&T. I don't remember the gentleman's name (On 400 West right next to Smiths) that helped me yesterday, but it was probably the smoothest transaction I have ever had. He gave me great recommendations on what he genuinely thought would be best for me Instead of trying to upsell me. He went through everything very clearly on how I should go about getting off my families plan (Which I was on) since I was getting on my own plan. I highly recommend this store. Great Customer Service.

I realized late yesterday, that my IPhone 12 (2 years old), was not charging. Frustrated, and very upset (76, extremely hard of hearing, even with hearing aids), I made it to AT&T, with the battery down to 8%, and met Jaime. Although it was busy, and I was near tears, fearful that there was nothing to be done without coming up with mega $$ (which I do not have), Jaime listened (not always my experience with customer service representatives), and gave my problem his full attention. In a much shorter time than I had anticipated, Jaime realized the problem, had me smiling and feeling much better, and set me on the road home, with an affordable and reliable upgrade. Jaime went above and beyond to make sure my transfer process from Verizon went smoothly. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I noticed a huge difference between carriers. I wish I would’ve switched sooner!

Kai was so helpful. After I dropped my phone in a sink full of dishwater it was dust. He helped me get a new phone and all the accessories needed in less than 30 minutes. Super friendly, professional and fun to work with.

Truly stellar customer service! Ethan explained and resolved some new phone setup issues that I was experiencing. Through his superb customer service, he gave me piece of mind that all the data from my old phone had been transferred completely and will work as expected. Kayden, and the other gentleman ( I did not get his name) also assisted. What a great team!

I spent nearly 7 hours at other stores sifting through customer service and no clear answers to my questions while buying a new phone. Only about thirty minutes here and everything was handled swiftly and correctly the first time I asked. Kai was our service representative and he was incredible.

Kayden was super professional and helped me get a new phone. I was in and out within 15 minutes and the whole process was great. Ask for Kayden- he is the best!

Jaime was so helpful! We came in shortly before the store was closing and Jaime still took the time to sit down with us and help with a new phone setup.

Being at the store, the one person that I went to is Jackson was very well minded well mannered, and very pleased to help me in In a timely manner. I suggest going to this store, for great customer service from Jackson.

The staff were so enthusiastic, informative, kind & helpful in upgrading my phone! They even me a recommendation & discount card on where to get my old phone screen repaired so I can exchange it for a higher value!

Chris is the rep at this AT&T location, and he is absolutely amazing. He is fully knowledgeable of any and all questions that you have about service or phones. I went to get a new phone and he stayed with me until after closing to help make sure that my phone was fully transferred and working he is such a great guy and great worker, and I would say that he deserves a raise!!!!

Ask for Alyssa! She is a professional, efficient, and analytical problem-solver. She was cordial, and had me in and out with a resolved voicemail issue that I had anticipated taking way longer, within 10 minutes. Overall, an excellent rep and experience.

Manson was the best help! He was so kind and got my friend and I what we needed after such a crazy day of having her phone stolen. Amazing! Thanks so much again Manson!!

Jocelin at this store deserves some major praise for her stellar customer service. Whomever oversees this location, I hope they recognize her for her problem solving skills and such a pleasant demeanor! She helped me with an eSIM problem that wasn't getting resolved via remote attempts and really turned my day around. Many thanks to Jocelin.

ALYSSA IS AMAZING. Honestly , I was in such a debacle another ATT store switched my SIM card while I was traveling and she was like a wizard fixing my phone before my flight .

10/10 recommend ALYSSA .

Today Idalia at the AT&T store helped me navigate buying a new phone. She was so knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile in helping me with my purchase. She had to make a few phone calls to get info on my account and I was so impressed with her professionalism. She really knows her stuff and was very personable. A perfect model of customer service!

Wow! What an incredible team here! I was supported by several employees the few visits I had here. Nick the manager, Ernesto and George were all amazing in getting me exactly what I wanted. Their knowledge of plans, product in stock and promptness was better than anywhere else I’ve experienced.
The customer service was extremely helpful, compassionate and successful! I will absolutely recommend friends and family to this location

I have spent hours on the phone and gone into the store several times because people would call me and it would either go straight to voicemail or just drop. dealing with this a couple of years.
I went and worked with Alussa last night and she really worked hard to fix it and was very professional. AND SHE FIXED IT!!!!!!
That woman deserves a raise!!!!!
