Encore Chocolates

First time I tried and this is the best chocolate I’ve had in years. I’m love with the Lotus Bowl!

My husband and I got some chocolates from here for Valentine’s Day and every single one of them was delicious!

Their chocolates are amazing! The taste and texture is out of this world. Great customer service too!

I asked them to do a special chocolate gift for a 50 bday party...no problem and excellent service. Always there to please and oh....the chocolate is so delicious 😋

Easily some of the best chocolates in 585. You can absolutely taste the attention to detail in their chocolates. I bought a variety of truffles and every single one of them were delicious in there own way.

This is my favorite chocolate place. I live in NYC and when I visit family in Rochester I must stop here every time to stock up. Godiva, Gertrude Hawk, and other companies aren't as good. Encore is amazing. Their peppermint patties and dark chocolate specialties are to be enjoyed. I wish they could be closer.

Consistently amazing chocolates!

Since leaving Rochester, there's some things I've definitely come to miss- Wegmans; Abbott's custard; McCann's Meats; Encore Chocolates. Obviously I <3 food, and chocolate in particular, so I don't dole out these 5 stars lightly.

While they've perfected the "classics", they're also constantly trying new approaches too (think gorgeous airbrushed truffles that you ALMOST don't want to eat they're so beautiful (but more importantly, along w/ their good looks, they're super delicious )); it's the kind of chocolate you take a bite of, and wholly savor as it melts.

As for cons, the only one I've encountered, is that you may feel slightly guilty for not wanting to share them more with others.

While my mom hasn't found a cost effective way to get a Wegmans to me, she does send me Encore chocolates for holidays and special occassions; it was actually my recent birthday shipment, that made me realize I should probably thank them by sharing a review.

Premium Chocolate!! I've been buying Encore Chocolate for over 15 yrs...I've never been disappointed. They're always ready to help with special arrangements....many Corporate accounts order year after year.

They have the best chocolate in the city. The selection provides many different shapes. The staff are very friendly and helpful! The only negative (not really) is that I buy more than I need. Love it!!!

Was greeted by JoAnn who was delightful & very informative. I brought my friend Florence in who has never heard of Encore Chocolates. Of course, I bought some chocolates for my husband & me.

Great tasting chocolate. Love that they carry many of their items in both milk and dark. Very friendly staff and always willing to personalize items to fit your needs.

the chocolate here is how did I put it. OMG. We literally leave here with bags an bags of chocolate goodness. 🍫 Go you won't regret. They make anything out of chocolate. And OOOOOOMG it's so delicious. Actually now I have to go get more just thinking about it.

If you love track that you have to go to this place they make most of their own but they have Gourmet chocolates for sale they distribute
