Got this beautiful aloe plant and it's not too chilly out but my cashier offered to staple it closed in a brown paper bag to keep the temperature even. That's service. I found everything else I needed

This is my neighborhood big box hardware store. I shop online and have my order waiting in the store to be picked up, but first I wander the aisles with my granddaughter, she loves helping me with projects around the house. On my last visit, I was helped getting a sheet of plywood into the truck by a nice young man, cheerful to help.

Close to where I live, for the most part they have the things I need when I need them. Seem to be well stocked. This is an addition to the previous review. 8/23/22, can you usually always find what I need at home Depot, it deserves the five stars. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they do know what they're doing.
1/6/23, update. Home Depot is still one of my favorite stores to shop at. And it still deserves the five stars. I can always find something at home Depot that I need, and when I'm looking for that one item they usually have it. I think the only thing I couldn't find this time was a handle for my faucet in the sink in the bathroom. But it's a very old faucet and it looks like it's time for an upgrade. And I know I'll find that upgrade at home Depot.

Very busy store today! Needed home supplies, although the Home depot was not in our town. We decided to stop and pick up some cleaning supplies🤓!

Just left store. Juan in lumber was fantastic. Approached us to see if we needed assistance, which we certainly did. Loaded and selected lumber we needed.
Juan was very helpful, informative, knowledgeable, polite, patient, very hard worker. Wow!! nice to have great service. Can't say enough about Juan as a Home Depot employee.

I have been shopping here for almost 20 years of the different Home depots and I've never had a problem always had what I needed in most cases. And what they didn't I could order. Great store

Julinelle and Dan both managers were amazing. I sent a driver from Utica to pick up flooring because this was the only store that had them. We reviewed the sku number over the phone, and was told it would be up front with name on it. Unfortunately we got the wrong flooring, and had to drive back for it. Both managers stepped in to aid in the process. Very satisfied

Got a new Christmas tree and it's beautiful. The lady was very helpful in helping me find one. She was also helping others. Nice to see people enjoying their job. Wish I got her name so I could tell her boss what a wonderful employee she is.

I had such a great experience with Mary at the customer service desk. She helped me with situation and gave me time to explain the reason for my return. So helpful that I ended up exchanging a chainsaw for a different model and left feeling comfortable staying with Home Depot for my selection. For people like me, the return process is more important than the buying process. Thanks Mary!!!

Well stocked. Very helpful and courteous staff. Always leave with more than I went in to buy. Means more work for me, but just can't seem to get only what I need. So enjoy this store

This particular Home Depot location happens to be one helluva shopping experience. The store is extremely well staffed and management has paid special attention to placing knowledgeable individuals in each department respectively. This Home Depot is five stars all day. I highly recommend this particular store.

I really enjoy shopping Home Depot. A place with everything for the home. Whether you are a DIY kind of a homeowner or you need a contractor referral, Home Depot is the place to go. Maybe it is time for a new Fridge or Washer/Dryer combo. Home Depot has what you need at affordable and competitive prices. Perhaps you need advice on parts to stop that annoying dripping faucet. Talk to the Home Depot associates. They will help you get what you need with great advice on how to approach the problem. Then again, you might want to stroll the Aisles and gander at some Hand and Power tools. Makes me feel like the Kid in a Candy store. You are bound to check out with something. Sping time is Deck Staining time and end of the Summer is fix or seal the driveway. Home Depot is there with what you need when you need it. An amazing place to shop.
