They better give manager Alex a raise that guy feeds families!!! I've seen him pay for old ladies meals that couldn't afford it. He should run the place 24/7 great worker.

This Penfield location has had consistently excellent food quality and service for so many years.

My favorite McDonald's to go to! They always have good neat food AND even apple pies (most places never have them) inside is super clean and the drive thru moves quick.

Nice location with updated interior. This location did have the dining area open to guests so you could go inside, a nice thing to see since not every McDonalds has an open dining areas these days. Service was fast and accurate. Casher was pleasant and hapily waited while I pulled up my McDonals app for rewards.

They were super busy but all our food was hot and fresh when it came out and they didn't mess up my order 👍👍💯

This facility was clean and food was delivered promptly!!! My son and I was hungry and had just came from shopping and wanted somewhere close and convenient!!! Plus we LOVE McDonald's fries so we couldn't resist!!! All in all we had a good 'ol time!!!

Quarter pounder is the best 👌. And for dessert McDonald's chocolate chip cookies 🍪 are the absolute best cookies in New York! By far.

My daughter and I went through the drive thru today close to 3p. The customer service we received was beautiful. The young lady was pleasant abd patient when she took our order. Kudos to the young lady for a great experience!!

The restaurant was clean. The service was prompt and efficient. The employees were very helpful. The employees came to your table and asked you if there was anything else that you needed. I was very impressed.

They gave me great service the fries were fresh my tea was great the food was good they helped me with an issue that needed resolving and they helped me to resolve my concern and I definitely give them good review because they were very helpful for me today thank you

Im starting to hate fast food because lately they been notorious for slow service, wrong orders , messy sandwiches, but today was good ! I dont come to this one often- it further from where i live but when i do come its faster than others !

Love that they have the touch screen order kiosks and self serve soda.Comfortable, clean, working heat. Friendly management team here too. All around as good as it gets for McD's

The young Man that was at the food window was very polite.He told me to enjoy the rest of my day.The girl at the first window taking our money was very rude. I told her to have a good day.She shut the window in my face.
