They did a great job getting my phone fixed

Had an excellent experience here when I came in to switch 5 lines over from Verizon. The process was quick and easy. We now have a cheaper phone bill with unlimited data, mobile hotspot and HBO max. Special thanks to Fred for going above and beyond to help us!!

Michelle is so wonderful! Everyone here is so friendly. Always so knowledgeable and they really do all they can to help you out. Great people here!

AT&T’s wireless service is fine until it isn’t. And then you can’t reach a human because they intentionally designed their IBR system to drop calls and have limited options. I finally went to the store and they couldn’t offer any customer service either because it was a technical issue with their tower. The tower was under maintenance for over two and a half months and no one in my neighborhood with AT&T could place calls. After I finally got a hold of a human (begged the people in the store for the real customer service number and they reluctantly gave it to me) these losers at AT&T have the gall to offer me a $20 credit for my trouble. When I paid many multiples of that for months not to be able to call. It’s a terrible company run by horrible people. There were elderly people in my neighborhood who couldn’t get a call out because of this company. They could have had a medical emergency and not been able to call for help and die and AT&T does not care.

Reprehensible. The government should break them up again.

people beware...went in to trade old phone in for new one..battery was shot...after all the talk about getting a phone and the employee typing in her computer...i didnt sighn or agree to squat...then they tell me the phone has to be working for a trade in which was understandable..so i left and sighned with another carrier and without my knowledge they had sighned me up for a 3 yr cotract sent me out the door with no phone and no agreement from me..and now at&t says i owe 3 months for something i didnt use..i'm still pleading my case...so the next call is to the bbb and report this store for illegal practices...you all have been warned...
here it is january 2024 still getting collection notices...as the store owner said come in and we want to make it right...i did visit in august 2023 and the guy i talked to said he would have to talk to manager and get back to me...with no response back...of course...so here we are contacting the better business bureau

Tried to come in around 3pm on a Tuesday and there was a hand scribbled note about being on break until some time and the door was locked. Must be nice to just lock out all your customers when you feel like it. I will not be back.

Ignorant employees who act almighty. They don't even know the name of the phones they sell. (Or specs) Even phones that have been out a year. Skip this store. Go to the walmart next door where they know their inventory and treat you kindly.

Literally no motivation from the employees. No customer service nothing. Metro PCS it is lol and that's sad

Pésimo servicio fui y el q está ahí no atiende nada bien tiene un genio muy mal el es filipino la verdad nos dio muy mal servicio nada amigable no tenia ni idea de lo q le estaba preguntando asta q otro americano nos ayudó la verdad quedé muy desepcionada d esa tienda 👎👎
