Save A Lot

From the time I walked in the store until the time I left the cashier Erica made my visit very welcoming. You don’t see this everyday she has great customer service skills. I was having a bad day she put a smile on my face. This location is very lucky to have her.

There is a lady who works weekday mornings, I think her name is Erica, she should be recognized for her positive friendly energetic attitude. Any company which faces the public would be lucky to have such an employee. She deserves to be recognized by corporate management

The meat is decent. Better than the others here in town. Really the highlight of the store is the super friendly lady cashier. Her customer service makes it worth the trip. I won't put her name since I didn't ask her permission, but if you have been in there you know who I'm talking about. 😁

Erica is the best customer service employee in Lexington. Her customers adore her. Store is just ok, check expiration dates on everything when you go there, some aren't even close. Still, Erica Lyvers makes Save A Lot a great place to shop.

Very clean good prices and friendly staff.

Easy to find products, clean place. They do need more workers for better traffic flow but that's anywhere now a days.

Its been a long time since I've been to this Sav a lot . So I go in today and the Cashier Erica Lyvers was so very nice I mean it was a hello that I will always remember. It wasnt a force hello because its my job it was very genuine. The store was stock and very clean but it was this young lady personality that really stuck out to me over all.
Once we were at the register she continued to be nice and friendly and very fast at her job. I'm telling you this young lady deserves some type of recognition from the big boss. My husband said she is always like that. If you don't believe me stop in and see for yourself. She said if she misses you coming in she will definitely speak and talk to you when she's checking you out. Just needed to share this because it makes you feel good when you walk into a store and the cashier notice her customers and greet them. God bless you Ms. LYVERS!

Very nice store. They had a lot of brand name products for great prices. And their own brands were well priced too. They had a great meat selection. It was very well stocked and very clean. The employees were very nice.
