Staff is super friendly and always really helpful. The really pretty younger girl really knows her stuff to be so young. The manager Vanessa is on top of anything and everything! She is fluent in english AND spanish. She always has the place clean and welcoming, from the parking lot to picking out a phone,plan, and case. To checkout. Cricket (owned by ATT) IS the go to carrier of choice for FULL SERVICE for ALL phone/phone related services. Yes, it does cost a bit more; but I AM WORTH IT!!! Aren't YOU? Switch today! DROP all the headaches. Less cost carriers? MORE headaches/problems. My time is too valuable to pinch pennies on my phone and service . . . .
