The service you provided me as well as everyone else that walked in the store that day was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, kind, and caring. You are going to have an amazing successful career. Kaitlin helped us with the questions we had on our account. She was very professional efficient friendly quick knowledgeable can’t say enough about the help we received. She was great. We will definitely go back to the store again because of her service.

Originally I went to the other location on Black Bob and they told me they couldn’t help me because I didn’t have insurance. They refused to even open my account and was very rude. So I came to this location panicking because my phone was not working and I need it for business. Kimberly offered me a great deal on the iPhone 14 and was even able to recover my data from my old phone. She truly is amazing at her job and is great with customers. I highly recommend this location. I will continue to come here instead of the other and highly recommend others to do the same.

Kimberly W is amazing. My family and I walk into this location and she was the only one working and it was busy. She didn’t ignore us she said hello and she would be with us shortly. Such a sweet women she really cares about everyone and making sure everyone gets taken care of in a respectful and reasonable timeframe. From the looks of the reviews I was a little scared to go to this location but Kimberly changed that for my family and I and I greatly appreciate her. We will be coming back if she is there.

McKayla was one of the most helpful and kind people I’ve ever encountered in customer service. She seemed to genuinely care about getting my family on the right phone plan, and helped me get the most accurate quotes possible.

Great service here! Came in to upgrade my phone and the sales representative saw I was on an old plan and upgraded it to save me a ton of money!

I first walked in to this store and was ready to give them an unpleasant piece of my mind. I totally lucked out when Lee, the store manager and Lisa, the district manager heard me out. They stayed calm and collected and all the while willing to assist with my problem. Both were very knowledgable and capable and not only gave me an option but 3 options to fix my problem! I was impressed and will visit this store again. And,,,, btw I had 0 people in front of me and both of them were in no hurry to brush me off. Calm and patient, excellent virtues to have!!

While traveling back to my home state, my phone went completely haywire. I stopped into this store and was completely amazed by the speedy help and magnificent customer service skills. I would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone who lives or drives through that area. 10/10

Came in today with lots of issues on my phone that had been problematic beyond my control. The screen was glitching out, buttons malfunctioning, my networking connection outside of wifi was terrible, and I was just ready to change phones altogether. I had come inside and waited only a few minutes before the store manager, Lee, assisted me with my phone. After only a small amount of time, Lee had completely fixed the issue of my glitch and reset my network connectivity to fully functioning service, after he had done his work he had noticed my phone's battery was weakened (in which it now takes me 6-8 hours to charge fully, and I hadn't even mentioned that issue yet), in which he walked me through step-by-step on how to get the correct charger for my phone on a specific Samsung website, and told me that I needed 25 Watts charging or more to fix the problem, then also showing me the official atnt app to protect my phone against viruses, spam calls, and more. Lee had helped me with my phone enough to where now I am happy to have it for a longer time, I'm 110% thankful for his service and appreciate everything he did for me today.

They knew the answers to all my problems and helped me set up a new phone also

Let me start by telling you my pure, unadulterated hatred I have for going into phone service stores. The last time I went in to get a simple upgrade it took close to 3 hours and was pure frustration, which was then doubled with the complete lack of care the employee helping me gave.

Today, however, I found myself staying after my phone was completely finished just to continue to chat with Justin. He was professional and very knowledgeable, but the thing that stuck me most was that he genuinely seemed like he was more than willing to help me in anyway necessary.

Thank you so much for you attentiveness and sincerity Justin - it doesn't come around as often as it should. I will 100% be coming to you specifically for all other appointments!

I went in to the store today and bumped into Jermaine B. I’ve gotta say he’s probably one of the nicest young men I’ve dealt with in a long time. I had spoken with them on the phone right before coming in; and they were very polite and helpful…. I wa;s looking forward to going in and having their help!

I found out that things weren’t as they had been promised to me by customer service; but Jermaine and his manager Rachael still did everything they could to make sure we had a positive experience.

They explained the difference in what we were told, VS reality but they were still polite and professional.

I’ve got some calls to make to customer service; but other than my beef with them; me and my fiancé will most definitely be back to do business with Jermaine and Rachael.]
