There were no other people in the Delafield store when we went there, and the store looked quite clean. I don't have any idea how many people go there in a day. We took our time and tested a few beds and found one that we could agree on. We went to a few other stores in the area as well and decided on the one we chose in the the store. We ordered it online. Delivery was the following day which really surprised us. The delivery people did everything they were supposed to do. I felt bad that I didn't have any money on me to give them a tip.
We chose a Tempur-Pedic with an adjustable base and didn't realize that it takes a while to "break it in" even though we had read and heard about it. We had a few nights of uncomfortable sleep, but it's improving every night.

Spent over an hour here. It was nice to be able to trial-and-error shop with hubby and 2yr old without anyone else involved. No sales and no other customers at the time we were there made it a stress-free and enjoyable experience.

For transparency sake, we went to investigate Nectar brand mattresses. We were looking for a specific split king hybrid model that was not demonstrated in the store, and we ended up ordering directly from the Nectar site later in the evening after we got an idea of how their mattresses felt.
I did purchase my current queen beauty rest from this store several years ago though, and remember it being pleasant. We financed the mattress and boxspring through them and when the delivery arrived, they helped get everything in and out of the house.
The one piece box didn't fit up the stairway, so they provided a split queen option right then off the truck just to streamline everything with no additional charge.
Working with this store makes life easier and more comfortable. I highly recommend it. ♡

This was a fine place to try out so many different mattresses and not be under pressure to make a purchase. Once you decide on a mattress there is a counter with computer and you make your purchase using this computer. Simple step by step procedure was used.

My husband and I recently purchased 4 mattresses for our new home from HassleLess Mattress. Excellent customer service for sales as well as exchanges, a great showroom, and very polite and professional delivery personnel made for an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The first mattress we ordered was not what we expected after sleeping on it at home. Veronica helped us through the exchange process and guided us to the best mattress based on our description of what was not right with our first choice. We are now very happy with our exchanged mattress as well as the other three we purchased and would highly recommend Hassleless to our friends and family.

Best experience ever! Tested about 6 different mattress found one , price was less expensive than I have paid in the past. It was delivered the next morning at 8am

Beware of false advertisements! We purchased a mattress with a Free Box Spring bright yellow sign attached to the pricing sheet. It said discount would be applied in the cart, but it wasn't. When we were charged the full price for the box spring I called and was told that the promotion wasn't meant for that particular mattress and even though I informed the employee that the sign was on the mattress we purchased (she said it was not supposed to be and she was sending someone to the store to remove the sign from the sign from that mattress) but she could offer us no help with what we were charged. Very disappointed in this company. Tried to do the right thing before leaving a bad review but was offered no help.

Update: Hassless has since corrected the mistake and we were refunded for our boxspring.

Great place to shop given our unusual times! Stopped in on Memorial Day and had the store to myself. Nice selection of beds, only wish they had a few more in the mid-price range.

Large variety of mattresses.

The salesperson I spoke to was very kind and helpful. However, I have quite a few issues.

I live 30 miles away and was told that I'm outside of their delivery range. I offered to pick up the mattress instead, but they don't allow pick ups at all.

I also found out that they charge a 25% restocking fee for any returned mattresses. My wife and I have been to MULTIPLE different stores, and have never seen a rate that high. Mattress Firm is 20%, and that extra 5 percent makes a big difference when you're talking about a $4000 bed

We bought a medium support mattress in November 2017, after I was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer and would be sleeping in another room of the house. We were very happy with it at first. But, by April, I noticed I was creating quite a little nest. In October 2018 I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer. Again I slept on this mattress. I woke up almost every morning with leg aches or my arm was asleep. My husband turned the mattress for me and I slept well for the month I slept in that room. But, I know it will not last. We will have to buy another mattress within the next year, especially if we intend to use that room for guests. As a side note, my daughter bought one 3 years ago from another hassleless store. She weighs all of 125 pounds. Fortunately, she likes having a cove to sleep in because her mattress did the same thing. When I visit her, I prefer to sleep on the couch.
