It was great. I found the tools and materials I needed and a great price. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I was able to finish my project in one trip!

In a world that often appears to have very little customer service within the store to assist, or people that don't know anything about where they work, I stopped in to get exterior door handles, locks and keypad for my home. Because I had already made a purchase elsewhere on my own and didn't quite get it right, it was nice to have 2 young gentlemen approach me as they passed and asked if I needed help. They helped me pair up what I needed and answered questions so that I could understand how it worked. Kudos to Jake and Damon in Delafield for being present, helpful and kind!

As far as Home Depot goes, we like this location. It's a nice/large location. We bought a lot of outdoor plants from here between spring and fall. They have a larger selection than a lot of the other Home Depots in the area, and don't seem to sell out as quickly. The pricing was also affordable. This location has become our choice Home Depot location.

Home Depot (in general) usually has what we are looking for when working on our house. We love the convenience of the self checkouts, and the ease of using a gift card. The app is also great to help find if what we are shopping for is in stock and where it is located. We have no complaints for this big box store.

Always great customer service in every department. We shop here OFTEN and always great experience. We recently went In waukesha store and had very different experience. Ty Delafield location for being awesome!

A place full of quality products with fair price . Can find anything here.

In and out in 5 minutes. Knew what I wanted and was able to self check out. Full disclosure, Home Depot is not my home improvement big box of choice but they do have enticing products that others don't. Namely; power tools. They have an awesome selection from all the major brands. Prices aren't always stellar, but sales are good at times and when you're in a pinch mid-project you can find what you need. We used curbside pickup a few times during the pandemic and haven't had a bad experience.

I go there a lot and they know me by now. Today, all electric copper wires were locked up. They have to bring it to the checkout counter. So I bought it and put it in my car and went back to shop. She apologized for having to do it. It is bad they have to do it. Please lock up all the tools, too!!!! Store people are great. I'll be back tomorrow.

I have found Home Depot to be the best store for the DIYer. This particular store is well stocked, and has a helpful group of employees.

Tammy from customer service was super kind and helpful to us today. She was very knowledgeable in online special ordering and it made the whole process seamless.

The staff there was wonderful!! We had four different guys on the floor helping us. The guys who helped us with the ridding lawn mower were wonderful Dave made sure to help us get familiar with our tractor, set up the box truck rental. Dave and Keenan both pushed the tractor on to the truck. They were so much help. The lady who checked us out helped us get the deal that they were running so we could get the best price. Your team is all very helpful and knowledgeable!!! Thank you for helping us out!

The vast majority of employees here are knowledgeable and friendly. I am almost always able to get what I need and get help from someone when I have a question or need a creative solution. This is even more true for the paint department. Their service over the phone is even great. It really feels like Home Depot, especially this location is doing something right with their training and product offerings.

Megan (i know im spelling her name wrong) from the garden department was super helpful and really nice. I love the Home Depot, i could spend hours there just looking around. The store was clean and shelves were stocked and faced.

My first experience at Home Depot purchasing an appliance was yesterday. Bill the Assistant Manager was very helpful and his customer service skills went above and beyond. Not everyone should work in retail but it has been a long time since I've experienced customer service that seems to come so naturally. The perks of a great price and free delivery added to a great experience.

Hannah at the paint counter was AMAZING!! She was so helpful with all of the questions I brought. I needed a color match from another brand, and she was courteous, encouraging, and provided knowledgeable answers. She never tried to up sell, and only tried to direct me to the actual product that would take care of my needs. Wonderful customer service!! Will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

Great customer service while going through my bathroom remodel as a first time home buyer. I purchased flooring that had to come from other store and it came in the wrong size. They not only refunded my gift card they paid for the mistake themselves. Truly appreciate the online and in person customer service. They never seize to amaze me. Even when I mistakenly purchase way to much roll on texture they gladly took the return and talked me through what i actually needed for the project.
