Marc and Paige at the Delafield UPS store went above and beyond to help me prepare all of the printed materials for a wedding. They were knowledgeable, efficient and really cared about my project. Everything turned out exactly as I hoped and Marc was especially accommodating to my last minute requests and special printing projects!

If you have international shipping to take care of, I highly recommend Melanie. She triple checked everything to make sure that my package would arrive at it's destination halfway around the world. And it did! I have shipped internationally from many other Shipping stores And have always had something go wrong. Not this time, it arrived on time no extraneous tracking down required! Thanks Melanie!

The world needs more people like John at the Delafield UPS Store. Today I witnessed him handle a very rude and disrespectful customer with kindness and grace. He remained calm, cool and collected in a very challenging situation and then continued to work with a smile. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing customer service and always helpful. Doesn't matter if I'm sending back an Amazon return or sending something of my own, they are always friendly, polite, and eager to help. John Mark welcomes you immediately and ensures you know they're there to take care of you whether it's something simple or more detailed and needs extra time to make sure it's done right.

D’Mico was extremely helpful in getting a three piece suite sent to the UK. I originally took it to the oconomowoc location and they were essentially useless and didn’t know how to send the item to the UK.

No problem at the Delafield location! Between the owner and D’Mico I was taken care of.

Love this UPS Store! I am there at least once a month and every employee has been friendly, helpful and fast. They always go above and beyond to help, answer questions and provide you with information. I am always greeted with a smile and shown kindness and respect. Excellent customer service!

Love this store for all of my shipping and Amazon return needs. Everytime I have been there I have been treated with absolute respect and friendliness. I apologize for his name slipping my mind, but the gentleman with the glasses is such a wonderful human! He’s always kind and beyond friendly! Which goes a long way in my book! It’s also nice that they will help figure out what you need for shipping and also have all the supplies you need right there!

Stopped by the store in Delafield on Golf Rd yesterday afternoon to drop off a package. The young man behind the register nicely pointed out it was a Fed Ex label and proceeded to let me know where the closest Fed Ex was located. All the time being cheerful and helpful. Meanwhile, when I arrived at Fed Ex the two adult females, didn’t acknowledge me, had me standing around with a package while they ignored me and then when I pointed out their poor customer service skills, the trainee, Jennifer, decided to argue with me. Fed Ex does a poor job delivering packages to my house, too. The two stores couldn’t be staffed more differently.

But more importantly, to the young man at UPS yesterday, kudos for knowing how to treat people and great job respecting the responsibility you have been given to take care of a businesses valued customers! You have a bright future ahead of you.

I visit UPS stores frequently. I can honestly say that the employees at the Delafield location are far friendlier than at other locations. Mel and John are always patient and kind as I fumble through my phone looking for codes. They're helpful and courteous, always smiling and ready with a salutation. It's all hands in (owner included) when the line is long. I've never had a negative experience at this location.

This location provides excellent customer service! Shoutout to Melanie for being a total rock star! I had a confusing amazon order and she was so patient, helping me get it all straightened out. The staff is all very friendly and fast. You can tell they are a great team!

The associates at the Delafield store, Michelle,Paige, Melanie, and Jean Marc are efficient, caring, and hard working. I feel safe and secure with all of my sensitive mail and packages at the store, knowing that they will be handled in an expedited, appropriate, and timely fashion. Best team ever!!!

I downloaded a template to use for a project that was supposed to be easily printed in the correct size. When I went to have it printed at the UPS store Jean-Marc tried helping me print the pages in the correct size. He was very attentive, even though the store was very busy. After multiple attempts he referred me to Claire, who is their Print Center Coordinator. I sent Claire some details about the template I had used. She was able to get the sizing correct on some very specific measurements. What I have now will fit perfectly for my project and that would not have happened without Claire's help. My thanks to the UPS store staff for helping me with this project!

Thank you for always being so helpful and welcoming when I come in the store! Especially enjoy the owner/manager as he is always so personable. The last time I was in a young lady named Melanie helped me and she was also just fabulous and made me feel welcome and appreciated even though I was one of those customers that came in right at the last minute before closing.

I’ve come to this store a handful of times over the last year and each time the customer service has been excellent. The gentleman who helped me was pleasant, helpful and didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing how to do an Amazon return initially. He was so kind, helpful and genuinely cared about his job and the customers. I would recommend anyone come to this store for shipping/ returning services.

I come here regularly and I've never had a bad experience at this store. Tonight I was in a rush and arrived only moments before closing. Lauren and Melanie were incredibly gracious and helpful in getting all my packages on their way, and made great conversation, which is always a bonus.
