I’d like to give a big thanks to Trevor and his amazing team at Bank’s Vacuum. They continue to provide amazing customer service. I recently needed repairs on my vacuum cleaner. The process to file a warranty claim was easy and simple. Thank you guys again for providing incredible customer service. Five stars to this amazing team.

Trevor was very helpful in picking out our new vacuum cleaners. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He put them together for me and was very thorough with instructions on using the machines. He even carried them out to my car. First class service! So glad I chose Banks instead of a big box store.

Trevor went above and beyond to help me get a replacement from Kenmore, when my vacuum I purchased 6 months ago stopped working. Buy your vacuums from here and not a big store. They stand by their products and are so helpful!

My vacuum was not working and as usual Trevor at Banks Vacuum did an excellent job repairing it quickly while I waited! Have been using Banks Vacuum for years, and would never trust another place!

I recently took my vacuum in to get cleaned and Tyler B. was extremely helpful, vibrant and explained everything transparently what he was going to do. I got my machine back very quickly and it looked like new. I’d recommend this establishment for a new vacuum or service. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I stopped into Bank’s Vacuum to find out why my vacuum had quit working. My wife was using it to clean her van and the vacuum unexpectedly stopped/shut down completely. I took it into Banks expecting to have warranty repair work done. Matt and Dutch were at the front desk. I told them what happened and they were happy to take the vacuum apart and look for the issue. They were super friendly and answered all my questions. In this case they found that the vacuum went into thermal shutdown… bag was full and there was some money that was sucked into the unit as well. They reset it, cleaned out the money and cleaned the pre-filter, and after checking all the other filters and verifying they were in good shape, they flipped the switch and it was working perfectly. They handed it back to me and told me I was all set, no charge for the help. Needless to say I tipped them as it’s hard to find good service anywhere after the Covid years and these guys went out of there way to help me and then didn’t even charge a cent for the work.
Thanks guys. You have a customer for life here. :-)

Trevor has great customer service and helped unclog my vacuum very great place to go if u need vacuum service I highly recommend this specific location.

Our vacuum wasn’t working right so I decided to get it repaired plus new filters instead of buying a new one. Stopped by here and talked with Nathan W. He is great!! Did not try to push sales and gave options. Vacuum was done the next day. Thank you so much for the transparency! We are happy with the result! We will come back again and refer this location to others!

Recently, I got a vacuum repaired by Banks. After getting it back, I plugged it in and found that it wasn't doing a good job sucking up stuff. I brought it back in and Jared Jaskula helped me diagnose what was going on. In the wrap around hose there was a bunch of stones and even a big piece of wood; this part was not a part that was serviced the first time I brought the vacuum in.

I recently took over a custodial contract and so I was surprised how much stuff the previous company tried to suck up. He helped explain how to troubleshoot the issue in the future and wiped the vacuum down and taped up an exposed part of the cord. All without charging more. I have been and am still impressed by the professionalism of Banks Vacuum. I will be back.

I just spoke with Tyler at this location on the phone and he was extremely helpful and I cannot stress this enough. I called four other banks locations trying to get information about their trade-in program and all I heard was "we don't know about sales on the website, bring it in so we can see it." Just trying to get me in the store to make the sale. Tyler explained the whole program for me, benefits and drawbacks. If I do end up getting a new vacuum, it will be from Tyler. Thanks again for the time and help!

Great service! Matt was the best. He was very knowledgeable. He helped me find the vacuum that would work best for my needs and environment. He explained and demoed the products and answered all of my questions. He even offered to call in a few weeks just to ensure I am happy with my purchase. This is my third time going to Bank’s for either a purchase or service and I have been pleased with each visit. I considered Bank’s to be my go-to vacuum service center.

Just wanted to give a bug shoutout to Trevor for helping me fix my bag mishap. 5 stars!

I took my 38 year old Kirby in to get a wheel replaced knowing that that may not be all that needed repair. Matt looked at the vacuum and promised a call with the estimate for the repair. He called me back within a couple hours and explained what was needed to fix the wheel as well as other needed services. He gave me an estimate for the cost for the wheel and basically an overhaul. I agreed. It took only a couple days and Matt called me back to let me know my vacuum was ready for pickup. WOW! It looked brand new and works like it did the first day I got it. Matt kindly took my vacuum to the car for me. I highly recommend Bank’s Vacuum. The service on my vacuum was great and the customer service was excellent.

Matt and Dutch are knowledgeable and have amazing customer service. I was in need of a new vacuum and I was unsure of which model to buy. Matt took his time explaining all the different models and what he thought would best suit my needs. I took Matt’s recommendation and could not be happier. Matt’s level of knowledge, detail and customer service skills are impressive.

These guys unclog my easy clean. I was ready to buy another but no need to. Matt and Dutch know their stuff.

I would highly recommend Bank's for both servicing an old vacuum and buying a new one. Matt helped us select the perfect vacuum for our needs. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. It's nice to support a local business versus buying online.

Went in for the first time for a broken vacuum. They (Nathan & Jared) were very upfront and honest while still being very courteous. When I picked up my broken vaccuum, Nathan helped me load it in to my car like a gentleman. Nathan also took a lot of time talking to me, showing me, and answering my questions about Riccar vacuums. I now have a Riccar and plan to take it to this store for all future maintenance. They were a good find. 👍
