This version has Extremely wonderful customer experience. Very quick response and helpful management team. I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs phone assistance. When I went there I was helped by a guy named Simon. He was wonderful and made sure I got everything I needed he was patient with me answered all questions/ concerns. I recommend seeing him for any phone needs.

Totally had a great experience with Nick at the store. He was amazing and stayed extra to get the phone delivered and the job done. Kudos to Nick.
I did not like trying to call into the store through the mandatory Verizon customer service that is nationwide and the reps have no clue how to call the store. I wish there was an easy bypass of that.
Nick did a great job and I would recommend the store on Orchard Lake anytime someone needs anything phone related. Thanks Nick!

Mahit helped me a lot today at this store. He was very professional and positive. There was little to no wait when I arrived. I thought I had cracked my screen but it was only my screen protector so I bought a screen protector and saved money on it by also adding Verizon Internet which is cheaper than my current service, plus I have a 30 day free trial. Basically, Mahit solved my problem AND hooked me up, so I’m happy.

The service I received was phenomenal! My sales person was Billy C. And he went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect case and screen protector for my new phone. Very pleased with how accommodating he was and will definitely return to this store for further purchases.

Had a situation happen with my phone that required me to upgrade. Billy was there to save the day. Before getting what I did, I let him know what I was looking for. Billy's store did not have it and he gave me the number and address of a place that did. Realizing they had a better option for me, Billy was able to sell me on that, instead of traveling around or ordering, as I needed a phone that day. Ran into some technical issues with the phone, when initially activating. Billy was patient and very helpful in guiding me through troubleshooting. Overall, great experience!

I was hesitant to go to a Verizon store regarding a few issues with my phone. When you aren’t buying something employees don’t always care to help. William, the Store Manager, was the person who assisted me. He was extremely patient, friendly and helpful. I also did not feel he was rushing me. I was very pleased with how he handled my situation and would absolutely recommend this store. I overheard the only other employee in the store at the time and she also sounded very personable and helpful to the customer she was working with.

I just felt compelled to write a review because I just got my new iPhone 13 and Andrew was so amazing and so helpful and went above and beyond my expectations!!!! I was so nervous to not have a phone with a home button but he made the transition very easy and helped me through it!!
He was also extremely patient which you don’t find anymore!! I also think Tarrin the stores manager is exceptional!! Highly recommend you buy your new phone from this place worth the drive if you want exceptional service!!

Kit was an absolute fantastic salesperson at Verizon! He went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with my products that I had purchase. He made sure that everything was completed correctly which shows that he actually cares about the customer! Excellent customer service! Kit went above and beyond to make this an amazing and smooth experience! This store has gained my loyalty as a customer, and I recommend them to all!
