Due to COVID 19, my training session was completed via Zoom meeting. Quite easy, very informative. Would like to have it one on one due to the fact that the other patient really struggled with the instructions and understanding and could use more help. I think a pre-training call could be made to determine the level of comprehension the patient might have with CPAP machine. Otherwise, excellent training.

Roberta did an awesome job explaining how to use my new mask! She took me step by step on how to effectively use it. She was also very patient!!
