T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

My family and I were switching from a different mobile carrier and now using T-Mobile. We went into the T-Mobile on Union lake road in order to process our switch, and not only did Christina make our process extremely smooth in switching carriers, but she was very kind and very patient with us. This was our first time switching from our original carrier to T-Mobile, and Christina explained the entire process thoroughly and kindly. We are more than satisfied with the service, our new phones, and our new carrier being T-Mobile!

I was helped by the manager Christina today to payoff a phone as well as add a line. She was very pleasant and very helpful as well as ample with my time. I would definitely recommend this store for any of your T-Mobile needs!

Dustin and Tyler are rock stars. Over the last two weeks, my wife and I ported our phone numbers from AT&T and Verizon, and added T-mobile's Home Internet, replacing Comcast.

These changes went very smoothly and resulted in one service solution for our family and at considerable cost savings.

Christina, the store manager, runs a very nice location. I highly recommend this location and its staff!

Christina and Tyler spent an hour with me troubleshooting and fixing a complicated problem involving three new phone lines … they saved me! Super appreciative! Professional, cheerful and most of all, highly competent.

Went in for a simple phone number transfer and Tyler did just that while showing good manners. Even explained the process as it was being done to avoid confusion. Thank you ladies and gents of the Commerce T-Mobile.

Absolutely love this place so much!! Roni is the most helpful person and will explain everything to a t. He even came picked up my old phone went back to take care of it and came and dropped off my new phone and continued to do that the next day for my whole family’s phones! Roni is an excellent Manager and is very personable. The store is well maintained and every staff member I've talked with is friendly. These guys know their stuff - come here if you're shopping for new phones or have questions about your current one!

Blown away. I was in town for work and needed to replace my phone ASAP. Roni was super awesome. There was a national outage while i was in there, but he kept his cool with everyone calling and coming in. He was super professional and patient with every customer. Roni is the type of employee that helps T-Mobile stand out from the crowd.

The staff here is always friendly and ready to help. Roni was the one that helped me with my phone and put my screen protector on for me without me even asking. He offers great deals for families and he’s understanding for helping with repairs and preventing damage to your phone. Love this place.

Roni helped me switch over from another carrier over a year ago and I couldn't be happier with the service. Not just the tmobile coverage, but with his help and commitment to his customers happiness. The other carrier did not make it easy to switch and it was a frustrating situation, but you wouldn't have known by his demeanor. Ive watched him with other customers and he always goes above and beyond for everyone. If he doesn't have a device in stock but another store nearby does he will go and get it for the customers instead of having them drive to another store. He did that for my mom. He takes his time with everyone like they are the most important customer and tries to make sure they are completely informed about their device and plans and comfortable with what they are leaving with. He tells everyone to call him or come back and see him if they have any issues. I've had very few issues, but hes always been able to resolve them. He is one of the most genuine, nicest people I've ever met, especially in the service industry. He doesn't sell people what thry don't want or need, and he listens to what they tell him their needs and wants are and he is truthful about what the company has to offer and always does his best to give them the best deal he can and save them money. I can't say enough nice things about him and the way he conducts his business. Big thanks from myself and my family to him. We appreciate you Roni!

This location was referred to me by a friend, upon arriving the store had a welcoming atmosphere. Marino helped me and my family switch our four phones from Sprint quick and easily. He explained everything and their great promotions. Best service and price

I went to T-mobile on Union Lake to get the iPhone 12 and Mark and Roni helped me out so much! From going to order my phone to going and picking it up. Super helpful, really nice, and super professional! I definitely recommend this location because you get in and out!

I suspect that I was the worst nightmare-of-a-customer they had in months, but Roni and Mark were awesome!

I came into the store to get my wife a new phone for Christmas to replace her lagging out-of-date phone. While we were there Roni looked up my Sprint account and found that since I was a long time Spring customer I was eligible for a free OnePlus 8 5G or a Samsung Galaxy A71 phone if I added a line. He also found that I was eligible for a third line free--for life! Roni also suggested that I come into the T-Mobile network (for those that don't know by now T-Mobile bought Sprint and evidently all Sprint customers will need/want to be brought into the better-faster T-Mobile network at some point).

This is where things got difficult for Roni and Mark. Roni had to move
My wife's phone number and her phone's data (15GB worth) to a new OnePlus 8 5G phone. Mark had to call Metro PCS to get them to unlock my father-in-law's phone. Then Mark set up a temporary number in my father-in-law's phone to make sure switching it from the Metro PCS network to the T-Mobile network would work on his phone. This was important because once they ported his number to T-Mobile it was a done deal and if his phone was not compatible, my father-in-law would have been left with a dead phone. Needless to say it worked so Roni ported his number and installed a T-Mobile SIM card. Mark also brought me into the T-Mobile network which included a new SIM card and some new software.

They had to spend a considerable amount of time coordinating with Metro PCS and manipulating both the T-Mobile and the Sprint admin systems to get everything to happen properly. When Roni ran into some challenges on the Sprint admin system Mark came over and helped. When Mark ran into some T-Mobile challenges he turned the reins over to Roni. They tag teamed until everything worked!

Now we are all on the same bill, my wife has a new phone, and both my wife and father-in-law have unlimited 5G plans. The phone was free, my wife's plan was discounted $20/month and my father-in-law's plan is FREE for life!

I thought my trip to the T-Mobile store was gonna leave a $600-$800 hole in my pocket, but instead Roni and Mark left me wondering if Santa Claus was real!

Roni helped me out A lot today getting A new I phone, his service was great and didn't mind that I brought in my son. Super friendly environment! Definitely going to continue coming to this location for my cellular needs!🤓

Roni exceeded my expectations. He was straight forward and didn't beat around the bush for prices unlike most other cell phone retail stores. If you want to switch or need a regular store to come to this is the one.
