CVS

During the first and second sedge of covid the pharmacy was extremely busy and sometimes the prescriptions weren't ready. But it was the same everywhere. People really need to remember that during all of the chaos in the world. Having to wait for awhile is nothing compared to what others in this world are going through. I find that a smile from the staff goes a long way. We're in this for the long haul. So just smile and count your blessings ♡♡♡

New Manager Francis is the best dude I’ve met at any store, I was a little short and he decided to pay it on his own, show CVS some love

I always need help in making photos, because I often cannot figure out where they are stored, or something more complicated and beyond me . Darnisa is always willing to go out of her way to be helpful in assisting me. She is very tech savvy and will figure out any problem. Not only is Darnisha smart and so very helpful, she has a nice manner and personality while she works. I am very appreciative of her wonderful customer service skills.

I have nothing but good things to say about this pharmacy. I’m there weekly to pick up different prescriptions and ALWAYS have a very helpful knowledgeable person assisting me.

All the pharmacists are very helpful and happy to answer questions. But more importantly they fill prescriptions super quick.

Typical as CVS can be

This is a CVS. It has things.

Its a standard CVS. the store is clean and the shelves are filled with some of everything. I saw a good deal on vitamins but it was only available to customers with a loyalty card. The cashier asked the woman behind me if I could borrow hers and I saved $20!! So I will definitely be back! Thanks CVS!

Always in and out unless I drop off a prescription I usually have to wait fifteen minutes.

Always friendly people. Never had a problem.

I’ll start by saying that my experience with the *pharmacists* has always been wonderful. They tend to fill prescriptions quickly and accurately, and they’re often very friendly and reassuring and they answer clinical questions with ease.

I can’t always say the same for the technicians: a couple of them leave something to be desired. One past experience involved a young female tech who actually rolled her eyes at me when I said I was out of medication after she said I had a few days of pills left (their computer error, plus nobody should be made to feel like a junkie - she was just rude).

My most recent experience there (last week) will be my last: the tech named Conor talked over me when I asked for something but couldn’t think of the exact word, assured me it would be handled, then didn’t follow through. Also, having to submit my ID again because the information wasn’t handled properly in the first place, then being forced to wait even longer because of it, really irked me.

If you’re going to display an attitude with me, at least do everything correctly; otherwise, you haven’t earned the right to have that attitude. In addition, your pharmacist didn’t spend six very long, VERY difficult years earning her Pharm.D so she could correct your simple administrative errors (you should be handling these things correctly before she even fills the prescription), so you’ve really insulted both of us.

At any rate, I’ve always had better service with the CVS near my work so I’ll just go there in the future instead of returning here. (Note: I don’t usually type such long and negative reviews but I worked 12 years in retail and institutional pharmacies before my current clinical job, so I never appreciate questionable service when I need to get prescriptions.)

I don't know what's happening with big brands like CVS and others, but customer service all around is very very bad, my review is for the Pharmacy at this location, not the cashiers, Pharmacy employees need to be trained on efficiency and customer service.

Us customers should leave our reviews and hope that higher management will do something about it.

I tried to call the pharmacy 4 times and was hung up on each time (after waiting on hold for quite some time). I had to call the front of store and explain I was getting hung up on before the pharmacy answered. When I had gone last week I told them I had 3 prescriptions, to which she replied “nope only 2”. And then today, 5 days later I get the automated call that I have a prescription waiting. She could have told me 2 were ready and one was still being filled. No wonder I’m not feeling better 5 days later. I’ve also asked them to update my address numerous times and they never save it in their system. Lines are always ridiculously long.

Do not print photos here.. their printer stinks and absolutely ruined our Christmas cards. Was told the reprint (that I never saw a copy of) wasn't any better and I needed to call customer service for a refund. That call another horror show. But just cautioning people don't print photos here.
