The people working in the pharmacy are going as fast as they can. They are understaffed due to the auto refills that many meds are on ( whether they need to be or not ): it creates an Amazon fulfillment warehouse environment . The orders just keep coming and coming . Download the app., it makes life easier . Turn off your auto refills if you don’t need them .

The pharmacy team is great with fast drive thur service. 100 times better then the Walgreens pharmacy in Pinole. My go to pharmacy now.

Friendly and helpful staff. Men's bathroom was pretty clean and didn't stink which is rare.
The shelves are orderly and have a good supply of the products they carry.
Plenty of parking including some right in front of entrance.
There has never been a long wait in line for me.
The pharmacist and staff are knowledgeable and have helped me in a friendly manner the times of talked with them.
One of the better CVS I've been to. The Best part is it's usually not very busy.

Great for prescriptions and other medical needs. There beauty section seems to always be poorly stocked so loss of 1 star there. Much nicer atmosphere than the one in Target.

Walk in appointment for covid vaccine

Usually, it's good here. Today, I was frustrated by their service. I guess it depends on who's working.

Management has to know that the pharmacy department DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONES. That is definitely poor customer service. When you call and every time you are on hold for more than an hour, and even after that , still no answer, who ever is the manager at that CVS needs to be seriously talked to or let go. You are dealing with patience's critical lives and each prescription, advice and time counts!

Sunday, the 29th, at around or little after Noon, arrived for Prescription pickup. I was 3rd in line and sat down in chair(it took a long time for them to realize lines were long and waits very long). Nice gesture, but the waits are extremely long. As mentioned, I was third in line but each person must have had complex prescriptions as each person used 10-15 minutes. I finally approached the counter after 40 minutes. I was upset, as this is the normal long wait times over the years, and told them so. Amazing that they seemed shocked by my expressing my disappointment. I talked with Jilian, the manager in Prescriptions, who was sorry for the long wait. She volunteered that Management does not care about long waits. It is evident as this is the norm now unfortunately. I asked her why anyone would want to work in such an environment with no management support and obvious customer anger at extreme long wait times. She only responded Managment doesnt care. I am moving my prescripition to the new Safeway as I hear you can walk in and be attended to in a very short time. This is a terrible way to run a business. Management, you should be ashamed of yourselves. 1!!!!

They don't schedule enough front desk workers. I have only seen 1 front desk worker everytime I go and the wait is usually long.

hours are incorrect and store needs to to update. every time i drop by in the evening, they are closed.
