Bought 27 ton Champion log splitter and they even helped me load it on my trailer. Buy all my Rigid battery operated tools at Home Depot. They sell quality products and wish they would put one in Oshkosh, WI.

I'm a regular customer at this home Depot the team is amazing 😀 🤩 super friendly when l have a question or need help with any projects l have l always go to my favorite part of the store the electrical department Chad is an amazing team player he knows everything and goes and makes sure you don't leave home Depot with out a solution for your project, all the time you go there he always has a line of people wanting to take a turn with l wants to say thank you so much home Depot for having Chad at this location to help us 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Chad

Came in to find a 15 30 tandem and Chad was a great associate that helped us and was very knowledgeable. As a matter of fact, everyone that we found was very helpful.

I used the in-store pick-up option on 4/14. Very quick, easy & convenient just inside the middle doors! There was even a letter & small package of candy taped to the outside of the package by the manager. Would highly recommend & will definitely do business here again. Well done.

Home Depot has once a month class for children to come out and do a little workshop where they build something (each month is different)and they get pins for their apron and a certificate. I think this is absolutely amazing experience for children. Employees are very kind and helpful. Free event.

Always a good place to find what you need or want as far as home care or improvement. New to Wisconsin and needed a snow blower to get ready for winter. Many in store, I chose to order one from the online selection. Ordered in store, helpful friendly staff.. Snow blower delivered to me in 2 days by UPS.

We'll. We were searching for something specific to patch our front concrete steps. Went to two places. They didn't have it. Went to The home Depot. BANG. They had it.the guy that helped us new his stuff. Took us rite to it. We bought three tubs of it. Fixed our front steps and now we have time to go boating. Thank you home depot. 😁

Had an old gift card went to service desk was able to get item and still had enough for a third purchase years kater.

They always have what I'm looking for. Great place to shop.

There is always someone at the door to greet you and ask if you need help finding anything specific. They are excellent at giving you the aisle to go down so you don't feel like you are searching for a needle in a haystack. I prefer going to this store more than any other hardware stores. Their website will also tell you what aisle to find an item.

I had an issue with an order that was placed online. Due to an issue with a rebate I did not receive the deal that was listed. Tyler (in Deliveries) bent over backwards to try to solve the problem for me, but due to the way the rebate was structured there was nothing he could do. I was very flustered but he stayed patient and pursued every possible solution. I then spoke with Jason (a Manager I believe) and he was able to solve the problem. Top notch customer service all around. Thank you for a great customer experience.

Pretty big store and outside the store they had a flower section in the parking lot set up with flowers and trees you can purchase, first time ever being to Home Depot and I loved it
