Forever 21

Really enjoyed my store experience here. I am not a regular patron of this store, but I've been here a few times in the last couple years. The experience today stood out to me and I will be back. My fiance was happy with her outfits and I had found some cool things in mens clearance. For a store of this size, I was impressed by how clean it was. The staff was friendly and happy. It was a good experience and I would recommend anybody visiting forever 21. It has greatly improved in the past couple years. Noticeable improvements. Job well done forever 21 employees

I usually don’t make reviews but the customer service is beyond this world. I didn’t realize that day they were only accepting cash and they stayed open an extra 20 minutes for just me to run to the food court atm! Lovely people!

I have never been to a forever 21 before until I went hear and I was very grateful for the wonderful experience this store was so big and very well cleaned and organized staff was also really nice and friendly definitely a place to check out

Absolutely the best Forever 21 I have ever been to! I travel for work and enjoy visiting these stores from time to time. I am visiting from WA state and I’m blown away by the cleanliness of the entire place, especially the floors! And the staff, above and beyond. Clayton and Christopher are the two that come to mind immediately, they’re so kind, cheerful and helpful. I’m hoping I can make my way back!

Hands down the cleanest, well organized forever 21 we have ever been too! It really played a huge part in our shopping experience! I usually cringe when my 17 year old wants to stop in there because it’s typically such a disaster! Great job Appleton!

I had such a pleasant experience at that Appleton Forever 21! I’m not always so sure what I’m expecting walking into a more modern store, made for young adults such as myself. I’m not the smallest size out there. It discourages me from looking around. But after talking with the store manager I left with some cute items and feeling just as happy as ever when I walked out!

I begrudgingly took my 2 teenage daughters shopping for jeans on a Friday night while my young son tagged along. The sales staff had such positive vibes and were so helpful and sweet. I didn’t catch the name of the young woman who helped us on the sales floor, but she was patient and quick-witted; joking a little with us. The cashier Maia was equally as professional and cheerful and got us checked-out quickly. Good job hiring such a capable, confident and kind team!

LOVE this location. Super clean and super organized (that’s rare for a forever21) the new manager is awesome. And workers are great! Prices are VERY reasonable. Love everything thing about this location!!!! Also the store is HUGE compared to others. Every time I’m in Appleton, I’ll be going there!

So many good trendy choices! Very spacious and lots to look at!

Went in for a small gift and was surprised at how many jewelry options were out and available. Also got a gift card and the cashier was incredibly kind and lively.

Love this store!! There are so many options for style, color, and sizes. They also have plenty of accessories such as jewelry, shoes, and even lingerie. The customer service is great and I think the giant screen above the checkouts makes this store one of the coolest and most unique. I will always shop at Forever 21

My wife may not be 21, but she looks good in their clothes. Staff was helpful, prices were excellent for the items purchased. $3.99 for black stretchy britches aka yoga pants is a deal.

MY FAVORITE STORE!!! great quality and follows the new trends along with old.....has various sizes and they aslo have makeup shoes and more.. they also have fitting rooms AMAZING service 5 out of 5 stars!!!! it also carries plus sizes too! and sizes for skinny mini women also

Good place to shop. There affordable prices they go though different themes of clothing. Right now there in a 80/90s theme.... I think this store is the best more so in the summer then in winter.... Never find much in the winter.

I loved it. I see why my high school granddaughter loves the store. Well be back!!!
