Absolutely delicious food at great prices. The service was excellent. If you're in the area and looking for a nice Italian date night, I'd highly recommend it here.

We happened to find this place when looking for a new restaurant to try over the holiday weekend. The menu, building and location picqued our interest so we headed over there. Cut to the ending...all the food was very good. Service was a bit slow and waitress was not super friendly but who cares. I am there for the food and we were not disappointed. We are definitely heading back in the future.

Went here to celebrate a birthday and was not disappointed! Starting with fabulous appetizers (loved the bruschetta), and we dined on the fabulous wood-fired pizzas! Service was amazing, food flavors were delicious, and noise level was conducive to comfortable conversation. Will definitely make this a regular stop on our outings.

The BEST birthday dinner for my mom here tonight, Iryna was AMAZING as our server and wine connoisseur, highly recommend this perfect establishment, the food was absolutely superb. My sweet mom got a delicious complimentary dessert and lemon shooter for the celebration! It was so nice and no rush kind of atmosphere in a beautiful old church. Come! Ask for Iryna! Oysters Rockefeller, grilled calamari and octopus, soup, bread, damn good pastas and the menu is huge, so worth it and affordable for the huge homemade portions. I'm coming back!

Fantastic experience. It is a really cool atmosphere (in an old church) I got chicken Marsala and it was excellent and huge portion. I got a dirty martini that was made perfectly with an icy top. My server Iryna went above and beyond.. (she made my martini) even showed me her martini shaker! She kept checking in at the appropriate time. Check it out and ask for Iryna! She is the best!!!

Absolutely amazing! Best bruschetta I’ve ever had. If you love Fettuccine Alfredo, order it, it is so creamy and flavorful, plus amazing pasta! & the owner and staff are amazing too!

Excellent meals. The best in the Fox Valley. Service was very good and a deep wine list. The menu and specials offered a wide variety. The calamari was phenomenal. My Penne Al Capone is a must have meal. Wonder presentation. The shrimp, artichoke and pasta was wonderful, outstanding pasta. I highly recommend this place.

I love this place and come when I can. It's also a favorite of my friend and my daughter. We usually come on our Birthdays bcuz we know its always amazing. The service, the food and the atmosphere. The portions are the largest I've ever seen anywhere. We went for my birthday tonight. Another excellent dinner! Thank you to Paul and the other gentleman that serviced us. I am already looking forward to the next visit!

Everything was fine for a birthday party except the STAIRS. We were put upstairs with seniors and no elevator. Stairs are quite narrow and dark. Will only go back if downstairs is available...***UPDATE***. Came back with reservation on first floor started our appetizers then the ANTS started first on my granddaughter then on the table. When we told our waiter he said yes the ants come in from the bushes outside. He knew and didn't care. I found this unacceptable. Probably won't be back. Too bad I really wanted to like this place.

Everything was great. Came in a party of eight and had the best service. Didn't wait for anything to come out. Recommend the fried calamari, eggplant appetizer, soups, and I had the special, which was sea bass. Try it... you'll like it.

Just ate here for my girlfriend's birthday and let me tell you, THE FOOD WAS FANTASTIC! Great authentic flavor, excellent service & atmosphere was enchanting. Our server Sofia recommended some great entres. For the grand finale, all the workers came out & sang Happy birthday! Thank you for a wonderful birthday experience!

My husband I had an intimate wedding in July, followed by dinner here at Nuova Italia. They went above and beyond to make sure our party was taken care of and the food was INCREDIBLE. We checked out a few places in the area, hoping to find a restaurant with really delicious, authentic Italian food. This place was exactly what we were looking for. Plus it’s beautifully decorated and very romantic. Highly recommend!

Took my loml here on a date, food was delicious with big proportions, excellent service and the atmosphere was romantic. the smell of the wood burning oven added to the fall vibes. Highly recommended

Food was amazing! Had octopus, shrimp alfredo. The service was slow at 1st but then picked up. They were really busy. The restaurant is an old church so that was kinda cool. I would go back.

This place has phenomenal Italian food. Great service. You can't go wrong here.
