The service at this store is beyond exceptional. I came in to have my service fixed, all while there were these guys causing a ruckus and giving the employees trouble. So rude the whole time but the employees handled it very well and took care of me in the process. Will recommend and will go back!

My husband and I went to this store today to get our phones upgraded. My husbands previous phone was really broken and we were worried about losing everything on it, but the employee there (I didn’t get his name but should have!) went above and beyond to get everything transferred to the new phone when we weren’t sure it was possible. They know what their doing at this store!

Great location and great staff. We had a great laugh about how funny my car looked. Great time!

Chad is a rare gem in customer service. He didn't try to push any products on us, he just listened and helped me get the best deal and couldn't have done a better job. 😊

Nick at the Ankeny store was calm, patient, and knowledgeable as I came in upset over breaking my phone. He helped me through the entire process of choosing a new phone, transferring my data from my old phone, and saved me some money by updating insurance coverage for my families phones.

10/10 I had the best and most enjoyable service from the women who work there. They were definitely a dream team!! I would recommend this store to anyone. Maddie, Kayte, and Christina are the most hard working dedicated to there customers and there co- workers I’ve ever seen

Chad was a pleasure to work with and he made a normally time consuming process simple. I was going out of town and did not want the new phone to arrive while I was gone. He ordered it to arrive at the store. Thank you, Chad. I will not return to Verizon because of your service.

Amazing ATT experience, Dayton, Jay, and Seth did an amazing job assisting me and other customers a couple days ago. Most people think poorly of retailers but these guys kill it with customer service! Dayton even helped me call into customer service when we were having tech issues with our iphones

George was very helpful and very friendly he solved my issue with the sim card quickly and efficiently. Great service George

10/10 would recommend this store for all of your wireless/TV needs. Got $700 off my new phone by trading in my old phone. Kayte, the new manager there, was a delight to work with. Very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills.
