I was struggling for almost a week going to different Office Depot stores in the area to get help on designing and printing business cards for my new business. The only person who not only helped me but actually completed the sales cycle is ASHMIT @ Store 416. I really appreciate his ownership of the transaction. A big Thank You Ashmit.

The staff was awesome and very helpful. Ms. Jerne’ and Alex were very professional and was abled to assist me with all the questions I had. I’m creating a program for my Uncles Funeral and these two and another young black male were very nice, kind and patient with me!! I appreciate employees like them!! Thanks again Office Depot!

Great service ! I just got a printer for Christmas and needed to make a quick stop for some print papers. I was able to get 2 , 500 sheet paper packs for sale!!

Recently, I ordered a banner for an event at the last minute. When I picked up my print the vinyl I chose wasn’t the best, however the customer service rep suggested a different one and reprinted for me. Her quick responses to help me and her help to choose the correct vinyl was amazing. The customer service over all I would say is the best and her personality was awesome. Thank you again to the print department.

Came to purchase more toner for my printer, was able to find it fast and went to the line for payment, the line was long but more cashiers to help out the line and it was fast to pay for my item. Good service.

Recently I made the mistaking of not placing my same day business card and ordering them to the wrong location. An employee names gold was there to guide me throughout the whole process being kind. She even went out of her way to call the 2 locations and make sure my order wasn’t over there. She is amazing we need more people like Gold.

I was copying some documents and the copier was not copying both sides and I asked a staff and he was so kind and helpful I was impressed and grateful

With all the inventory they have in stock, it was easy to find an office chair that fit my needs.

I only had Saturday night to complete a project for my church's Annual Day and I fail to remember the Manager's name and the Copier Specialist Associate but they were my Angels of Mercy in the short time of need!

Let’s start with how clean the location is. Everything is organized. When I walked in I got greeted, until the very second of me leaving. When checking out, it was very quick and Andrea was just the sweetest person. She sets a great example to her co workers around her on how to treat a client when they walk in to when they leave the establishment. It’s great to see we still have such good positive energy in stores. Will be coming back!

P.s. you can also recycle your old ink cartridges and get 2$ per cartridge.

Outstanding products, selection and service! My wife and I were able to get everything we needed during our visit, and the knowledgeable staff was so helpful, especially Andrea who assisted us and checked us out. She was so kind, caring and professional. We highly recommend this store to anyone.

I had an amazing experience at Office Depot. The associate there helped me out in a friendly, efficient manner. I went in to get some printer ink and paper. She looked for my details and gave me the appropriate discount. She was very knowledgeable about the prices and I am really glad I went there.

She was nice, attentive, professional and I had a fast check out. you guys have a jewel working for you. I am definitely coming back to shop again at that location.

I've been coming to this Office Depot for many years, so I've seen employees come and go. I was about to give up on them based on lack of helpful employees. However, the last few months it seems like they finally hired or trained some good employees. Things have greatly improved my last few visits. Recently, I bought a new printer from them. The employee (Michael) was extremely helpful. With no hassle he matched Best Buy's price who wouldn't even open for another two hours. Talk about convenience. I also purchased some new printer ink and photo paper even though Amazon was a few bucks less (you never know the quality of merchandise from Amazon). Regardless, I believe in supporting the locals. I will continue to take my business to this Office Depot.

I drove all the way from Pearland to SUGARLAND to print some personal papers all because I think his name was Alex/Aaron energy over the phone was amazing versus the one close to me. He was so very helpful through the process I appreciate him very much !! As well as Mr.William he seen me looking lost and was quick to ask if I needed any help and helped me finding the right charger ! Thank you ! You have amazing staff here . Even the lady I didn’t encounter that was checking people out was so sweet to all her customers !
