Trudy's Hallmark Shop

Haven't been in a hallmark store in years but my mom needed overpriced cards so off we went. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection of things to see. They were also having a really great clearance sale on Halloween that was legit. Not like those 30 percent offers. There was a gentleman there who let mom and I use the bathroom even though there was a sign saying No bathroom No exceptions. It was definitely an emergency and he was decent and kind enough to make an exception for two elderly ladies. The cashier was very friendly and helpful and overall I was impressed. You go Hallmark. You are alright!

I always enjoy stopping in to see what unique items they have for sell. I love buying things that aren’t common. From The Care Bears to scented candles, they have so many different ideas that make whatever you buy look like the perfect and most thoughtful gift. Hallmark also has the greatest selection of cards imaginable. I come here every holiday and birthday because of the card selection, but the gifts to select from as well.

Love this place. I ended up taking something very lovely back because it wasn’t age appropriate for my teenage grand baby and thought I would have to travel a distance Back to the store, but I discovered not only 1 Trudy’s but several!! Great store and a wonderful assortment of beautiful gifts and lovely ladies working to service consumers with a smile and thoughtfulness. I’m an out of stars visitor and will always search for a Trudy’s when I visit.

Great customer service and lots of options

I love this store and enjoy browsing. I am always greeted and feel welcome. They let me browse but are there to help if I have a question. I have never had a problem getting help or feeling not welcomed. When the store recently reopened after Covid-19, we are all glad to see each other and it made me feel good to see familiar faces. I have been going to this store since it opened many years ago. It's a real gem in our community.

I called 2 days before Christmas and asked them to hold a Hogwarts tree topper and a Ron ornament that I would pickup on my way through Houston the next day. I informed them I would be pulling a trailer on a 5.5 hour trip and would like to be in and out quickly. They had everything ready to go and I was done in under 5 minutes even though there was someone in front of me when I got to the register and the store was very busy. Thanks for great service and holding the items 2 days before Christmas!

I always enjoy slipping in to see what fun items they have, but my favorite item that they carry are my Tyler Candles. Its a small item that I miss from back home and finding Trudy's 8 years ago when I was new in town, and homesick, helped me get thru my transition of city life.

Very clean and well stocked. From cards to gifts they have a variety of things for almost any occasion. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The products they sell are all top quality and you feel good when you give it to someone as a gift. 😉

Always friendly staff. A wide variety of “extra stuff” of which I can usually find something to purchase. I never feel rushed because I’m sure there have been times they thought I was going camp out in the store.

If you've never been to a card or a HALLMARK store you need to go to this spot, you will get lost...a great experience and great people. Gifts send cards galore. A rare gem.
