Paris is an absolute amazing Staples Associate! I had a deadline and I was frustrated because my format was incorrect, the printing issues I had due to my file it was a nightmare! I’m talking about an employee that went above and beyond to assist me in completing my project Paris was just as committed to giving the very best Customer Service until the very end! Not only did he help me complete my project, He assisted me out the door with my things!! I am pretty new to this area and I am thoroughly impressed with the Level of Knowledge, Detail and Professionalism at this Pinole Location Staples!

Off the beaten track, this store never has a crowd. There's always an available and helpful employee and almost never a long line. They have a lot of printers so there's always one available. The shelves are always stocked, so I always find what I need. They also give a discount off your next purchase for returned empty ink cartridges, so I can save and feel good about recycling.

I had to make color copies of a gratitude calender in a hurry... They have self-serve copiers and I was done in less then 5mins.

Its a really nice place i came to buy the apole airpods and some ink for my printer but i could not find it beside all that i still found some paints i like .

it was pouring rain on Thursday evening. I had to print some things and I decided to go to Staples and when I went there I went to the counter there was two people at the counter and one was a manager and one was a CSR so I asked them if I if they could assist me of printing because I have no knowledge of their printer and the gentleman said OK let me use the restroom and I will come and help you in five minutes when he came in he was so amazing and helpful. His name was Elon and it’s hard to find employees like him and he was very helpful and I was there in and out within five minutes. Kudos to Elon thank you so much!!

Rachel was extremely helpful. After having to go to several other retailers to get our wedding invites printed, we contacted Staples to see if they provided wedding invite services. Rachel answered the phone politely, inquired about what services we needed and told us the services we needed could definitely be done. I informed her we were on our way to the store and she immediately assisted us as soon as we walked over to the printing station. She was a wonderful help and her customer service was excellent! We can't wait to see how our invites look tomorrow.

This gentleman Matthew who helped us with the resizing of my mom's photo which we need for her memorial service the following day went above and beyond what is expected for a regular staff. The copying machine was not working but Matthew thought about another way of having the photo done knowing my sister and I were desperate. He is the best!

We went today 4/29/21 to get our Covid Cards Laminated as the bright young Lady at the print center was very helpfull and happy with her job,. I wish her the best and Thank You.

I asked the first worker where they item I wanted was, she directed me there and helped me find exactly what I wanted. She was great. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Great.

Been doing business with Staples Since 98. Many managers have come and left. Done with good memories like Nate of Old El Cerrito , Joe of Pinole then pleasant hill , Rob , John etc.. still with all these I can’t seem to put them in the same place of David the current manager here and Spencer when he’s available.. David who was also a successful manager at Frys concord where we have come across over bz transactions he did excellent there as well .. but let me tell about my experience here in Pinole with Dave & Spencer
It is simply very warmly accommodating as they work the extra mile (s) no attitude except professionalism to get me squared fast and fast set given the old profile of our company in their system .. they’re always there to get me from point A to B in my quest or the item needed abd if not a swift online order

Dave and Spencer deserves their title by far and I will remain faithful to this store as long as we’re still in business and the pandemic tough time allows

Great service in the computer department! Spencer got my computer up and running, excellent service from him buy all my computers from Staples.

The women working in the copy center were extremely helpful offering assistance with the operation of a copier, using my cardstock and payment procedure.

Alright service need more staff and good sales and deals and they need to step up in there business for real.

Wonderful as usually all employees have made this so easy to take care of my needs
