AT&T Store

Came in to look at newer models to upgrade my iPhone and ended up having the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Emily was phenomenal. So knowledgeable, helpful and really funny! She helped me save a ton of money on my bill and helped me sign up for the FirstNet network for first responders, which I didn’t even know existed. I can’t say enough about how great she was. Would highly recommend asking for her if you find yourself at the Enfield AT&T store.

Amazing experience updating my plan and getting a new phone with Emily. Quickly greeted and had one of the best experiences I’ve had in a phone store in years. Thank you Emily!

Switched from Verizon with my daughter and had a smooth experience! Good job to the Enfield employees. Manager was helpful resolving bill issue.

Porting from Verizon was a breeze thanks to the reps in Enfield. My first bill came back higher than we had discussed, so I went back to the store and they were able to explain what had happened and advise on how to resolve the issue.

I came in needing to switch carriers (Boost to AT&T) and keeping my number was an absolute must. RAYA (sorry for spelling) was great and made my visit quick and easy, especially with my two kids in tow.

Emily was fantastic...hands down the best customer service we've ever experienced at ANY cellular provider store! Knowledgeable in all aspects of our old phones, new phones, accessories, and plans! If more than 5 stars was possible, we'd give the max!

Improved customer service! Enough to return from T-Mobile. They have numerous accessories for every cell phone. They have accessories for other items also, but I don't own the items, therefore; I can't comment on that.

Your staff was personable and professional as well as prompt and very helpful. They operated as a team, when one would have a customer, an associate who did not would go to the stock room for the salesperson that was dealing with the customers so there was never a time that the customer didn't have the attention of the staff. I would absolutely do business at that store again.

Wow just wow. Kenny you sir are awesome. Had us in and out of the store in under an hour. Top notch service! Took the time to see if he had the iPad Pro I needed. Before showing up at the store we did call and ask not sure who we spoke with they told us they did not have any in stock and that it had to be ordered. Lucky for us Kenny took the time went in the back found what we wanted and got us taken care of. 100% recommend Kenny at this location such a nice person knowledgeable and friendly thank you again Kenny.

Jonathan, the store manager, made my switch over to AT&T an experience I won't regret. I switched from a mobile company that made it less than easy for me to leave. He was patient and understanding, even got in a few laughs during this process. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional as well. While he was attending to my situation, he was also available for his employees which is a great sign of leadership. Would totally recommend Jonathan and his employees any service help you may need in the future.

While at the att store today James helped me figure out why my phone didn't upgrade to 5G. He was very professional and helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions while also displaying a sense of humor. This has now become my preferred store when dealing with any of my phone issues. It is very rear to find good service, thus its very much appreciated when someone goes above and beyond to help you.

James helped me and my dad today at your store. He was very helpful, nice, and knew who Harry styles is (which is very important). He made my experience at at&t fun and easy. Overall great employee!!
