Brookside Plaza

I pull in here often to place my on the go for the best Dunkin in the area. I admire how hard people work to maintain the grounds in a busy shopping area. The plow guys do a great job clearing the snow. Can't wait for someone to fix the crater at the stop sign next to Verizon, coming in from 190.

I come here several times a week. It’s very convenient.

We were visiting the area in Enfield CT one weekend. The Brookside Plaza is a well laid out beautiful plaza with all your favorite home and clothing stores to multiple eateries. We enjoyed checking it out. There are tons of parking spaces and entrances and exits back out to the main road. You can have a wonderful afternoon just browsing in the plaza.

Stores are well managed, sales associates know their store. Merchandise is easy to find and checkout is fast and efficient.

Visited Marshalls and service was friendly all throughout the store. Except for one woman who was older and worked the cashier. She was very rude and actually made me question with her I'd go back to that store or not. But everything else was great prices were great selection was great and all of the rest of the staff was great.

I've never even been in this plaza. Alas I know enough people around here. It's a decent plaza. Photos need updating.

The associates at Verizon are great. They are patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. I have been in the store 3 times in the past week to set up 2 phones. All were so helpful.

Chengs Garden is fantastic! Their prices are reasonable. The food is really good every time. Best pan steamed dumplings around. Wait staff is very attentive.

Go here for groceries, pet needs, and clothes. Ample parking for free.

I love the way every store I went to cleaned carts and counters between each and every customer. They also greeted each customer upon entering. I had a great shopping experience at this location.

ShopRite has better prices than Stop & Sop and Big Y.
The new owners, the Garafalo's, do not treat employees well like previous owners and have therefore lost some great help

Everything one needs to get the job done all in one place! Shop rite, taco Bell, stapels, an excellent Chinese restaurant, and all types of other stores. Usually pretty busy but a well laid out parking lot. Watch out for the AM coffee rush at the Dunkin donuts though. It often floods out into the main drive

Santander bank is tops because of the employees! All of them are amazing. Never a bad experience.

A strip mall that actually seems to be thriving in this day and age. No empty store fronts. PetSmart, TJ Max, Bed Bath and Beyond and Shop Rite along with other small shops fill out the mall. Something for everyone. Always available parking, including handicap. Beware driving there during lunch time; lots of senior drivers and it can make your experience a bit frustrating. This plaza has a comprehensive range of stores and it can sure be a one-stop for all your needs.

The store is always clean and organized, and they have the cutest clothes! Associates are very friendly.
