I been purchasing from Puritan Pride for at least 4 years, i even recommended them to family members and always was very good; lately shipping service "very disappointed"....; packing the product: horrible (the pop corn to protect the containers get all crumb so we have to clean every one of them and more...) so please do not let this little things bring your company down...

I've been purchasing for many years, but this company has gone downhill. Routinely items I buy go out of stock, seemingly to never come back. The prices and deals are good, but not when I suddenly can't buy the product I use.

the company is sucks！ first time delivery missing 2 items！ second time spend 2weeks for delivery . and than tell me let me go some where to pick up delivery！ they dont do the delivery to your address！ be careful of this company!

Terrible service, Then double billed. And to top it off I've been on WARFARIN for 20 years and they misship product with vitamin k in it. Send it back and after 10 days refusing to credit my VISA card.And then out of the blue 2 months after sending their product back I got a email about a refund. The LORD works in mysterious ways.
