The UPS Store

I drove a few extra miles to this particular UPS store and am very happy I did! I received the best customer service I have had in a long time. My Amazon return was handled quickly and professionally. The associate ( I did not get her name) was friendly and extremely helpful. Keep up the great work!

The customer service is outstanding with extremely knowledgeable and efficient associates who give clear and best advice regarding shipping matters. This is a well trained, well staffed UPS Store, where associates treat everyone with undivided attention, and very courteous manners. I feel like a respected and valued customer at this UPS Store. Even though this is a very busy store, the staff processes shipments and return shipping quickly so there is rarely a long wait time l.

This place is always so quick to help. I dropped off an Amazon return, showed my QR Code and was gone. I naves have to wait. Even during the ‘Great Resignation’ they are fully staffed and have employees that have great customer service skills.

Easy drop off, friendly service. We have also used the notary service.

Every time I ship through UPS, the staff has always been friendly and helpful! One evocame out to my car to lift a very heavy box for me!!

The associates are always friendly and helpful. A nice clean store, a pleasure to do business with.

We sent three delicate family heirlooms to various places in the US which this store packed and shipped individually. All arrived intact including a fragile mantel clock and a heavy full sized antique sideboard. Their email communications were excellent, prices more than fair and we are very grateful for their professional services. Thank you again, Dennis....we will be back and look forward to seeing you! It is well worth the drive from Amherst to have peace of mind entrusting you with our shipping.

I have been coming here for years, I have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Most of the bad reviews on here are because people don’t like being told about policy or federal and state regulations. No business intentionally wants to anger their customer, it’s just not in their best interest. Be patient, listen to why you have to do things a certain way.

Excellent experience having this branch pack up and ship a major book collection by ground service to the Midwest. All books arrived in great condition. I can't say enough positive things about the staff, especially Marcie, who I worked with most closely. Michelle was great on answering my questions on the phone and Dennis has always been welcoming and knowledgeable. Go Greenfield UPS!

I had a box there for a couple years. I used there package service extensively for my business. If you run an online sales business this is a great spot for returns, customers don't have your address. They send an email when I get a package and the email usually has the tracking number as well. Dennis is a great manager, he treated me like I was a preferred customer and I appreciated it.

Incredibly helpful!!! I went to this store after being told by the Amherst store I couldn't ship a package internationally. I thought that sounded nuts. And it was. In Greenfield, I was given respect, humor, courtesy, and most importantly, help. He even called to make sure my package would get through customs! Best experience ever! I have been there several times over the past few years and I am always treated kindly and never turned away.

They helped me return two dresses I bought on Amazon for my mom. The process was quick and painless. I wish they were closer to where I live.
