Huge thank you to Chris for a seamless experience. I usually dread this kind of errand but he made everything so straight forward. I arrived, got set up with new service, and left in under 10 minutes.

I’m not a native to Atlanta, so I took a risk coming to this location, as it was near my hotel. Christian T. was extremely helpful, patient, and funny despite my issue being very complex.

If you come to this location, please ask for him, he has great energy and the best accent ever.

The customer service was great and the timing was perfect after ordering 8 phones etc. My type a day in and out less than and hr.

Aniass was very attentive, patient, and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure our questions and concerns were addressed. She contacted customer service and walked us through the process with customer service instead of leaving us to figure out what to do on our own.

Bree like the cheese is an exceptional customer advocate. I'm a professional sales coach that focuses on benefit style sales and misdirection and have volumes of others who have coached me many moons ago. Bree deployed benefit style sales and misdirection and utilized the actual sales process. She is likely the best sales there and doesn't know it, untrained formally, I was beyond impressed. She is a true natural, many aspects of sales can't be taught, it has to be natural. That is not a negative to those learning. She is advanced and ready for complex sales. She provided exceptional service. I'm in Ks and She is in Atlanta. I'm using this location despite being in Kansas. Shout out to Marseilles Wallace, he let me know I had the correct location. He didnt break any rules of personal information, misdirection is that powerful. Proof that Gorilla glass is Fake.

Best location ever!! I came in with a very complicated situation and needed to get my line activated again after it was wrongly canceled. Barrington listened to my problem and made sure he did everything possible to get it resolved. When I had no hope Barrington changed my whole day to a positive one. Thank you guys so much, this location handles business!

I came in for a new phone and was assisted by Barrington. He was extremely helpful.! I left with a new phone and some accessories! He made sure everything was updated and good before I left. I would definitely recommend him and this store.

This is a great AT&T store. It’s clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I went in with an issue that had been plaguing me for almost a week. I finally gave in and took it to this store knowing full well it was going to be a process. Brian stayed with me for at least an hour and a half helping me troubleshoot the issue and talking through the issue with support for me. He went above and beyond and we finally got the issue resolved. From what I could tell the entire staff seemed to have a good attitude and genuinely wanted to help people. Will definitely come here for any future issues.

The staff at this location are absolutely amazing. Very professional, friendly and extremely experienced. They were so helpful with rectifying my cellular needs. I was distraught and I had a real dilemma.

I had purchased a new device while on vacation in Tampa and none of my text messages, voicemails nor contacts transferred. My iCloud did not transfer data. The Tampa staff could not resolve. They instructed me to call tech support. I contacted tech support twice, still unresolved.

Four days later, I walked into this location and they patiently listened and saw how desperate I appeared. It took a few team members and a few hours to successfully solved my issue.

I am forever grateful and thankful to the entire staff at this location for their dedication to superior customer service.
