The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making every visit a breeze. What I love most is the wide selection they offer – it's like a DIY enthusiast's paradise! And their prices are competitive, which is a huge plus. Plus, their online ordering and curbside pickup options have been a lifesaver, especially during busy times. Overall, Home Depot consistently delivers on quality, convenience, and customer service. It's no wonder they're my first choice for all my home improvement projects.

Nice, clean and organized. Specially impressed by rental area where you can rent for 75 mins and transport large purchases. Jeff at rental counter was great to work with and very helpful.

Marlay was kind enough 2 assist with locating washers& bolts. Not an easy task but it was time-consuming and how do very well. Credit card cash register was fast and easy

The staff of the company helped me find a backup battery. My aquarium will die without electricity, but I don't know where to buy a battery. I thought of a good store in the United States, home deport. Sure enough, the employees in this store are the most responsible. Although they don’t sell batteries, they will help me find other places that have batteries. I’m really grateful. I’m not surprised why you can be the best national chain because of you There are the best employees, and it is recommended to give them a salary increase. The staff who helped me work number 2353 thank you for saving my fish.

I recently visited Home Depot to buy a rat trap and was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of products they offer. While the selection for rat traps was a bit limited, I was amazed by the extensive variety of other home equipment they had available. From tools to appliances and everything in between, the store seemed to have something for every home improvement need. The quality of the products was impressive, and the staff was helpful in assisting me with my purchase. Even though my initial purpose was specific, I left the store feeling impressed by the diverse options they provide for various home improvement projects.

I enjoy going to Home Depot. It has everything - home improvement, hardware, gardening.
I love the freshly cut lumber scent.

First time at this location. Super impressed by customer service. Top 2 of all time. I went in to get replacement screws since some were missing from 2 the fancy L-shaped brackets I bought at different location. When I asked the greeter where I can find a replacement screw, I happen to make a comment about why I needed them. Greet escorted me to store manager who then told me he would be make up for issue by compensating me for the stolen screws. When I couldn’t get someone to help me, the store manager then went with me to aisle 16 to find the correct replacements. Very happy with overall treatment since this is not the norm. This will be my go to Home Depot going forward.

Side note: their snack shop out front made a delicious chicken and cheese quesadilla that cost $6.50. Gave free sour cream, salsa and a lime with order. Recommend trying.

Love this store! The employees are so friendly! The prices are very good, reasonable. It's very well stocked. They help you find items in other home Depots if they don't have it.

Well I have always been a customer of this store but today I had not even entered when a security was outside and I just stopped for a while at the door and he told me that he would take me out of the store I don't know why iso doesn't get in the way of anyone. I was just waiting for a friend that we were going to buy some material. I think it's not the way to treat a person like that, it would be because of my wardrobe Because I was wearing work clothes, I really didn't like the way he treated me

My shower head hose broke, after attempts of repairing, I gave up and decided to replace. Not being a knowledgeable person in this topic, I got lost quickly in the halls trying to find this part of my shower. Luckily, one of the friendly associates aided me; directing me, and even helping me choose which one was best.

Antonio who works in the Paint Dept at Home Depot on Story Rd. is simply, A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! He listened to what type of paint I was looking for, asked the right questions, even suggested ideas. As a Flatbed driver I turned in McGinness Dr. and walked it. You got to make sure you have room to back in, then back out… I did great however I had to wait for drivers to leave. Also knocked on the drivers door to have him move. So walk it

We came a bit late but the workers here were all still helpful and willing to help. Self check out went smoothly with no problems at all.

Great place to shop at! I bought a tomato plant here almost a week ago and it's been doing pretty good. They have a greenhouse in the very back and lots of plants to choose and buy from. Other useful things for construction are located inside. You can also clone your keys over here if you really wanted to and the customer service here is really good.

Great prices, even better than Amazon.

Lupita was very helpful in resolving my issue regarding the no interest on my purchase. Unfortunately before I was fortunate enough to deal with Lupita, I was treated rudely and disrespectfully by an employee whom was actually off the clock. So unnecessary and uncalled for. She openly reprimanded an employee whom was trying to assist me without knowing that he was actually assisting a customer. She then went on to speak disrespectfullly about me as I was leaving nor realizing that she spoke in front of my husband. 3 stars due to the rude employee. 5 stars for Lupita whom went the extra mile!!!

One of my favorite Home Depots in the area. Great service. Not crazy crowded. Big aisles and Santized shopping carts. Dividers between each cash registers. Employee scans everything for you. Got out of there within 30 mins or less.

Home Depot is almost always a great experience. It helps if you know what you want and where it is in the store. Where you get bogged down and things can sometimes go sideways is when you need help and you either cannot find a home Depot employee or worse they don't have a clue what they're talking about. Many home Depot staff are good, some are even retired tradesmen, occasionally you get somebody new and well, I'll leave you there....... Usually a great experience. This store has a tool rental which in addition to being convention is fairly priced and well stocked.

There is an employee by the name of LIZ. She helped us in customer service and was very knowledgeable about the drain cleaner we bought and a product that we had to replace. Thank you Liz for making our visit very easy. Give this girl a raise!

This home depot is well kept clean and I find pretty much anything I need. There customer service is awesome and when needing help they will get you some one right away and I never knew that they sell home furniture as well I get surprised all the time on the things they offer that I wouldn't think they would sell.
