Excellent shopping experience. Staff is super! I needed help finding an item & they were really nice on the phone and very, very helpful in person. The store is in immaculate condition, the items are neat on the shelves (except the reading eyeglass section - lol!!) and easy to find! Would definitely come here again!

CVS Blossom Hill in San Jose is always inviting, friendly, clean, and attractive. I must add that it always seem 'homey' as I enter and receive a friendly greeting from the elderly Lady Teller (sorry I forgot her name) up front who smiles, is pleasant, and kind! Most of all, she is very informative! Oh! And so very patient! I am a teacher and the quality of being patient is very important. So when I enter CVS Blossom Hill, I fell like I am a student returning 'home' to my favorite classroom! Sorry I can't remember her name right now, but she is one of the reasons I go 'home' to CVS Blossom Hill so often! In addition, the quality of products, the attractive display, and the prices are just RIGHT! Honestly, I don't really like going shopping. I tend to ask my daughters to do so. I give them the list and they get the items. But going to CVS has become a pleasure and despite my busy schedule. The Care Pass is a great incentive, I visit CVS Blossom Hill often and will continue to do so!

Even though the store was so busy but employees here were so nice and patient especially Luz. She suggested me to enter my phone number in order to get discount. I’m so happy with her service. 👍

I went in to get the Moderna Bivalent COVID booster shot. Check-in on the app was easy. The technician who administered the shot provided excellent customer service and made me feel at ease. I barely felt the needle. The cashier who helped me with my purchase provided excellent customer service as well. I have the CarePass membership and it’s a great program.

Dog toy review: I come here for OTC products, but always leave with a toy for my dog. For some reason, the pet toys here are pretty good. My dog has the whole collection now. If you ever find yourself in need of medications, add a dog toy to the list if you come here. I recommend the duck that sounds like a duck, it's pretty cool.

I think I showed up at wrong CVS location for a prescription but they kindly filled it for me on the spot w/ about a 15 min. wait. Thank you! Excellent customer service.
