Oreillys of Clearlake is a great place. Steve and Jorge did a fantastic job of solving my issue due to a mechanics wrong decision. I highly recommend them for any parts or advice. Thanks again Steve your knowledge about the mechanic shop I was dealing with enlighten me and answered lots of questions. My best advice is to really check shop your dealing with, sometimes the lowest price doesn't mean you'll get the job done properly. ..

The employee here is very nice and kind. We have problem with pumping air to the tires, and he helped us very kindly.

They take care of me more often than not. If I don't know exactly what I need to get, they ask a couple of questions and somehow I get the right part... and I mean almost always.

Got a screw on my front left tire, walked into the store, was immediately helped with offers to show me how to patch it up with the right tools. These guys saved me a lot of stress and confusion on how to take care of such a simple issue. I forgot the guy’s name that helped me but he’s the one with short hair with tats on his collarbone neck area.
I even got a suggestion from Kimberley on how to order new tires and keep some of that business local to prep for winter weather.

Our car ran into an issue, it kept stalling every few minutes, we were more than 500 miles from home and no auto shop was open, so we took it to this store. Ken and Jesus were amazingly nice, friendly and helpful while assisting us with our purchases. They gave us advice on what to get and how to fix the car and even lent us their tools to replace the alternator. Their eagerness turned our "oh no" day into a pleasant one. Wish we would encounter more generous and kind hearted people like them.

I trickle charged my 7 year old battery on Saturday and drove to Riley's Sunday for a new one. Ben was behind the counter that morning and helped me find the absolute right one for my car and came out and happily installed it for me. Kac stood by as reassurance for an outstanding result all together. When I started the car up initially, it seemed a bit sluggish at first...I mentioned it to Ben and he quickly went in and got a tester, hooked it up to make sure the starter, alternator and all were operating at 100%....and everything was fine. I recommend this store for complete and friendly customer service! I'll be back when I need anything for my car. They're a business to be proud of here in our town.

Visiting from out of town and one of my blinker lamps burned out. I came here and not having any tools, the guy behind the counter offered to change the lamp for me!! I really appreciated his willingness to help! Not a lot of that in this world anymore! Thanks fella

I was helped by a gentlemen named Miguel. He was exactly that. A gentleman. He was friendly and helpful. He talked with me about my car. Gave me some solid advice. Even got under to hood for me. Other than popping my hood and pulling out my credit card, I didn't have to lift a finger. I'm not a modern women so I really appreciate that type of service. He thought it was my oil and he was right. My car immediately sounded better and I was able to drive away feeling confident. Thanks Miguel!

Great service from assistant manager Kac! This guy is awesome, he needs a raise/better position because he was not afraid to help me out last minute when I really needed it! 5 stars for sure!

I have been waited on twice by an employee named Edgar. He is one of the most professional, helpful, and friendly O'Reilly employees I have met yet. I wish all their employees had the same attitude! That kid deserves a raise! Keep up the good service Edgar!

Super helpful and friendly service from Ronda and the manager! I'm visiting from out of town and needed new windshield wipers and the staff were so polite, friendly, and helpful in taking my old ones off, helping me find the right size, and installing new ones.

Just Popped in to get windshield wiper fluid before a drive to the city. Noticed a fresh puddle of fluid beneath my car and got concerned. Went in and asked the woman working there if she was good with motors and identifying puddles beneath cars. She came out and checked and felt the liquid and assured me it was just water from the A/C. I was driving my hubby's car and preparing for a long drive and concerned. She assured me I would be fine and wished me well. They always have great service at this particular branch. I recommend Fort Bragg California

I want to compliment Jules! She helped me find the blinker plug to fix my car. I’ve tried 2 other oriellys and they told me they couldn’t get it. I went into fort Bragg oriellys to get bulbs because I had given up. Lol thank you Jules in fort Bragg.

Clean store, friendly and helpful staff, but what really put them over the top was Mare!!!! There are no words to explain how amazing Mare is!!! The knowledge, ability and willingness to help, and on top of helping us with our truck also helping other customers and seamlessly performing tasks around the store! Whenever I need to change the headlight or tail light on my FIAT 500, which tends to go out quite a bit. The staff are always really great about letting me use a few items ( I have my own tools too ) But they don't question whether I can do it or not because I'm a woman which I appreciate.

I was on a vacation and on noticing a sharp object protruding from my fender towards the wheel, I dropped into O Rielly to check for a tire shop. Derrick was God sent! He offered to check it out on seeing the picture and he offered to go almost under the car to remove it by lossening some fender fittings. Derrick was really god sent! He saved me and my family from any possible accident. I can't thank Derrick enough!. Thank you orielly for employing such a nice person who went beyond his duties.
