Best Western Vista Manor Lodge

Every single person who I came across at this location was lovely. The management clearly deeply cares about their location, every bit of the place is nicely landscaped. I called ahead to book and discovered they have a 2 bedroom house in the middle of the property you can rent, and that worked beautifully for my family! You could easily rent that space for a month and have everything you need, it was more of an Airbnb. Breakfast was delicious on Sunday morning, we skipped in on Saturday because it was super busy. The lobby is beautiful and very well maintained. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again if I come back to Fort Bragg!

This was the best Best Western that I've ever been to. They owners were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was 8ft. deep which is nice, most pools are only 5ft. Our room had a good view of the ocean and was within walking distance from the beach.

BW Vista Manor Lodge sits on top of a hill. The view would be nice if it weren't for the road work and equipment currently in front of the motel. Check in was smooth. The room was nice sized, well furnished and nicely cleaned. We had a second floor room with a sliding glass door onto a deck with two chairs. Sitting on the deck we could look at the river and historic bridge. Indoor swimming pool was available but we didn't use it. The breakfast area was clean and breakfast was sufficient. This motel sits at the edge of town and was fairly quiet. We would stay here again if we were in Fort Bragg.

Absolutely exceptional experience. The room was perfect and very clean. Great view of the ocean too! The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond. Breakfast was more than we could have hoped for. I would absolutely stay here again. And fully recommend this hotel.

Great host couple, friendly and helpful, wonderful smiles. No, it's not right on the beach but you can book a room with a great ocean view. Pretty grounds, lots to see and enjoy.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. The grounds were nice. Staff was pleasant. We appreciated being able to open the window and catch the ocean breeze. Breakfast was on par with other Best Westerns we've stayed at, and I appreciated the variety of non-dairy milk choices as someone who cannot have dairy. We usually visit Fort Bragg with our trailer, but the next time we need a motel, we will definitely be staying here.

Great experience. Cozy clean room with a great view. A friendly helpful girl at the counter. Breakfast was a little limited but we still found enough to eat. The pool is mostly deep end but my kids had enough room to play. Good beds and pillows

Excellent value for the price. Can’t beat the location. Walking path to the beach. Super close to glass beach. The rooms are simple but everything worked and it was clean. Property is nicely landscape and well maintained. Lower Rooms have back sliding door onto grassy area with picnic tables that is great for families with kids.

My stay here was phenomenal! A perfect place to stay for anyone looking to enjoy the coastlines, views, and charm of Fort Bragg and the greater Mendocino area.

I stayed there for a week, and the staff was very friendly. The owners are incredible and made sure that my entire stay was a pleasant one. Check-in was smooth. The rooms were clean and spacious. The view from the rooms was beautiful, and it's conveniently located right across from the beach. There's a beautiful trestle bridge that's great for talking afternoon walks over.

It's an incredible deal, and whenever I return to Fort Bragg, I would definitely choose to stay here!

Try to arrive early enough to appreciate the view of the ocean right above Glass Beach! Awesome advice to plan our next leg of our vacation and friendly, gracious hostess

Very beautiful area. We had a family of six and they were so welcoming! Breakfast was good and on a cold day the indoor pool was warm!

This hotel took us in last minute also just absolutely stunning inside. We stayed the top room. Two very comfortable queen size beds and pillows with high ceilings (fake beams), balcony with a Ocean view. It is very private. All around very happy with this stay. Also paid less than the holiday Inn wanted and they didn't have an ocean view!

We only stayed 1 night but it was awesome. We got the view of the ocean room 423, so pretty! Our room was clean, no bugs! We had a very big refrigerator,! They put together a breakfast bag for us, it was awesome and so appreciated! We got to swim for 30 min in the evening then again in the morning before we had to check out. Staff was very kind and helpful! No microwave in the room but you can use the one in the entry!!

This is the best stay at a Best Western I’ve had - EVER! Fort Bragg is a beautiful coastal town that has amazing beaches, food, hikes, and kayaking. This Best Western was at the perfect location to enjoy everything Fort Bragg had to offer. The owners were so hospitable during our stay and their dogs, Beau and Remy were especially the stars of the show! I would greet the owners every morning and say hi to Beau and Remy. The rooms had incredible heating for the colder weather and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The sheets were warm and thick, and the Wifi was strong enough to support me working there for half the week. This is an extremely clean, well-kept, and warm place for you to stay - I couldn’t recommend it enough! If you’re going to Fort Bragg, stay at this Best Western!

Such a convenient and cute place to stay! Decided to do the Skunk train bike rail tours and last minuet looked up somewhere to stay. Found this place and it was such a good choice. Close to everything you can do around here and really clean. The rooms a really big and the beds comfortable.
They have free breakfast from 7-10 with good choices. All the rooms have an ocean view as well!

Wonderful fancy hotel. Nice little courtyard to take in some sun and my own patio. Gonna keep with Best Western until they disappoint.

Beautiful view of the wooden bridge, Pudding Creek and the ocean out the window. Upstairs you can't see the hwy and the noise wasn't bad at all. You can hear the ocean faintly at night.
The room is large and well taken care of. The front staff was very friendly and handed out brown paper bags for breakfast consisting of banana, yogurt, danish and granola bars. Coffee and juice served also.
Remember during these times of Covid things are different and pool/spa isn't open. Take the time to say thank you. They are working not home collecting a paycheck.

They have made noticeable improvements and updates since our last visit 3 years ago. The rooms are freshly painted, new carpet, and clean. I am picky about bathrooms and ours was mold free, new tile and very clean! The beds are very comfortable, too. The views are stunning and even though there were many families with children, the rooms were quiet. We will be back!

Staff is genuinely amazing. Rooms are clean and present beautiful views (we were on the second floor) Breakfast was very good. Has scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, toast, coffee, tea, and juices.
