The UPS Store

This is the UPS Store location closest to my house. It might be the oldest one in town although I'm not positive about that. I've been going there for years. I have always received good service from this location. Staff is always friendly and helpful even during the stressful and busy holiday season. Although it has been a while, I have used the notary service. Everything went smoothly during that process.

I have utilized this store off and on. Ive becer had a bad experience. Upon today I had to return an Amazon purchase. We are in the process of demo/remodeling our kitchen. I had been working around my house all day and hadnt changed clothes. I walked in looking like a bum and stood in line. A lovely, pleasant, tall young lady with gorgeous long hair called me up to the window. I thought I heard her refer to me as "beautiful." 😲 Clearly she wasnt talking to me! I had on a mask, hoodie, baggie dirty sweats, beanie and crocs. She asked how my day was going? I told her I was returning the item. She scanned it and asked if that was all I needed? While multi-tasking, she complimented me on my skin being better than hers and voice. I was hot, tired, feeling tacky and just wanted to get back home from running errands. She gave me my receipt and I thanked her for her kinds words. As I walked away, I felt so much better. I went to my car and called the store. I asked what her name was. She said, "LYDIA." I just wanted to give her a huge shout out! I believe in quality customer service and when I do, it's appreciated! She went extra mile! Awesomeness👏 👍🏾❤🌹

I have always received Excellent service. They will got to extreme lengths to satisfy their customers. Very helpful and understanding staff.

I do quite a bit of business to business from this location , they are Owned & operated by local real people , the support staff they have hired is five star , a young lady named Ashley, I believe has made my transactions quick & painless , kudos to you guys , you get it when it comes to taking care of the customer!
