I’ve never had an issue with CVS on 11th Street in Tracy, Ca. My family has used this location for years. I had just one “bad” experience, but I chalked it up to just a weird day. It was just one time, and wasn’t anything that would make me stop using this location. I’ve always found the pharmacists at this location to be helpful, unhurried when consulting, and competent. I’ve never seen pharmacy staff on their cell phones, as many reviews have mentioned.

I switched to this pharmacy because a different CVS wouldn’t get my refills to me on time.. for the last few years I’ve had no issues! I did take a away a star because this location usually only has 1 person working the cash register so the line is lengthy..also there is not a drive through pick up window at this location either.

Although, this pharmacy is always very busy I am always treated kindly and get my prescriptions promptly. I've been using this pharmacy for over 3 years & again with the exception of it being very busy most of the time (which tells you many people use this pharmacy) I've never had an issue. There will always be good and bad days at any retail/restaurant/company some days slower then usual, people calling out and I try to keep that in mind when I have a not so good experience somewhere.

I really enjoy purchasing beauty items from CVS.
