The new Mountain House Safeway is so nice. I go past my local store to shop there. The store is bright, airy, and clean. The produce section is packed with all my favorite things and more. Everything is so fresh. I love the store layout, and the employees are helpful and friendly. It's definitely worth a visit!

Nice store & great selection of items. Cashiers are dismissive, bakery, produce & deli staff are great & friendly. Meat department is smaller than expected, but great selection in prepackaged meats. I love the look & feel of this location it's new & in a rich area.

Having a Safeway in the neighborhood that the community was waiting for years. It has pretty much all the services that Safeway generally has such as gas stations, express stores, pharmacies, etc. Pretty well organized and has ample parking.

First commercial establishment in mountain house. People have welcomed it very well. Perfect place for short trips and cakes

This Safeway has an amazing vegetable and fruit section, including a pepper and tomato bar. High-end adult beverage section. Also, the refrigeration is contained to limit waste of energy.

They didn't have what I wanted in the butcher shop and the only person that helped me was not I repeat not an employee older than myself and dressed like me. I'm 67 and something was extremely odd and weird. At the mountain house Safeway. A couple of days ago really weird. 😕

Nice clean store. Staff are helpful and nice and pleasant. Prices are okay, higher than other stores. It's close to home.

Brand New place ... Great location for Mt House wanna those who travel Byron hwy from Brentwood to Tracy... Gas too!
