Great Customer Service! Thank you Zach, Jasmine (Best Pins), and Ganesha! We signed up for a new credit line to get the $100 off our receipt, and Zach walked us through and did a great job but the scanned code from the website didn’t apply the full discount. So we ended up in customer service and re-ran the charge and Jasmine and Ganesha helped us get the proper adjustment! Thank you so much for going above and beyond! This Lowes always has what you need , and we were easily able to get what we needed for our window replacement project!

Happy I took the chance on the 🏵Calibrachcoa 🏵in the Lowe's clearance aisle. I soaked each pot briefly in a 🪣bucket of 💦water...as they were bone dry...there were actually 🫧air🫧bubbles in each pot when I submerged them. (These were getting a bit crispy but they like being dry and not soggy which has been a challenge with all the 🌧rain 🌧this year. I've had to relocate them frequently to a covered porch.) I repotted them after their brief soak into attractive thrifted wire baskets lined with 🥥coconut coir. They have thrived! 🏵 🐝

Ordered a new stove, fridge, dishwasher, and oven thru Lowes. The appliances were delivered ahead of schedule. The only negative is that there was only one employee working in the appliance department, so there was a line of us waiting to order but, he took his time with each one of us. He even researched each item I wanted to make sure there would be no issues with getting it in stock. The microwave was the only thing backordered but it came exactly when he said it would with no issues!

Excellent only ordering process. I bought a refrigerator for delivery and it was done next day. Ordered a large pergola for free delivery and 30% off. Happy camper right now. Still outstanding.

Everything you expect from a Lowe's but also has a kind and patient staff. Was behind an unruly customer last week and the guy working near the lumber section handled it like a champ.

Place is HUGE an very clean for being a lowes! Never noticed it was back there an kept going to home depot which is like 2 turns before Lowe's turn in..which is VERY small. When I turned in saw how large it was I was impressed. But the man who helped us in there was the absolute best experience at ANY home improvement store! He was so helpful an willing to stand there to help me figure out a way to fix the issue I was dealing with. He didn't just give one but several ways to pick from to go about fixing my problem. Then fully explained the sizes and measurement questions I asked. He was VERY knowledgeable. I wish I remembered his name now! I will have to update once I see him again in there! Since buying a new house I have found myself at these types of stores...but skipping home depot an going to this Lowe's from here on out!!!!

Popped in here last night about 730pm. We were focused on plumbing both my husband and I had employees offer assistance. The young man who tried to help went out of his way engaging other associates. He did find what I needed. The self check manager was also great and super friendly. It was a great experience. We’ve not had a bad experience but this one made it fun to be in the store.

Lowe's knows! I ordered some flooring at 9:00 a.m. By 10:00 a.m. I got a text saying it was ready. I pulled into a parking space and two lovely ladies brought it out to my car!

This Lowe's has a great staff, always helpful and friendly. I wish Lowe's would value their staff, maybe less of a turnover.

This Lowe's have pretty massive collection compare to Home depot. I found the cheaper version in Lowe's rather than Home depot. The store is really clean with helpful staff. My friend has good experience here about return policy. Super good customer service.

Easy to get in and out of, even during the Christmas rush. The service desk has a quick turnaround.

Went in to the electrical dept to find some recessed lighting. It was almost 7pm so of course there were not very many employees, none in dept. Finally an employee came by and stopped to ask if I needed help. His name was Eric and he was polite, patient and knowledgeable. He was able to explain to me what I wanted to know to the point that I was comfortable enough to tackle the project. If not for Eric I would not have rated a five. Great job Eric. Thank you

Yesterday, I took my Nana to this Lowe's to find a few things for her home. While there, we were assisted by 2 employees. Yariel, and Cheyenne. They were both extremely kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. Thank you so much guys. You are awesome!!

I was looking for mirrored sliding closet doors for the master bedroom. Jackie, Lowes store representative, went above & beyond with helping us local the right quality doors, safely load them, and at the best price!

Jackie at appliances is an absolute treasure. He is so knowledgeable about appliance features and offers great advice. Every interaction with him has been a more than positive experience. He is patient and personalizes every customer's care.

Recently we've had some less than satisfactory phone experiences with a Samsung Warranty and Lowe's Warranty, leaving us very discouraged and with a 5 month old Lemon fridge and thousands wasted. At our recent interaction with Jackie he went above and beyond by being the only individual to truly listen to our concern compassionately and suggest alternative solutions. Even if things don't work in our favor regarding the bad fridge, it was a relief to have an actual caring human to speak with.
