Taylor was in the middle of completing a task when I asked her to find someone to help me make a purchase. She stopped what she was doing and helped me pick out the product I was looking for including accessories. She could've easily sent me to someone else. She helped me from selection to point of sale. Great job and customer service Taylor!

I don't know the gentleman's name but he helped me figure out a store order pickup that another store messed up. He was very helpful and polite when I was a little upset. I needed the item that night and he was able to cancel the pickup order and figure out a way to not charge me double.

I bought my very first laptop from this location and I’ve not doubted the decision at all . Laptop has ran amazing and it does everything we need it to do . So thankful for the guy in the computer dept he knew his product !

It's clean, it's quiet, and the employees are helpful. Prices are fine. Nothing negative to say, just glad a large electronics store is still in business even though I prefer to support local. Solid parking.

The lady with black hair, tattoos, and gauges was awesome. I bought my son a monitor for getting honor roll all of middle school. She was very informative and was able to ask the right questions to get us the right monitor for his first person shooter games. I never knew there were that many different variables in choosing the right monitor. We decided on a 27 inch Dell instead of a 32 inch curved monitor I would have had to buy online. After speaking to her about the potential flare and screen space we decided on a slightly smaller and faster monitor for his first person shooter games. He LOVES it!

I knew what I wanted before going. Good signage led me to the exact spot. I found what I wanted and a no line checkout. In and out in 5 minutes. Fantastic

Dylan(dillon?) At geeksquad is the best employee I've met at any store in a long time. He's understanding and patient, and is straight forward while having outstanding customer service. Will not hesitate to give my business to geeksquad or bestbuy as long as he is there.

Eriq in the PC department helped my mother with her new laptop purchase. He was kind, knowledgeable and patient while describing each unit and explaining the major differences. She ended up getting a new laptop that has been a huge improvement over her older model as well as a NAS drive that is helping her better navigate, categorize and access her files. I am genuinely happy to have met him and glad he was there to help my mother out as well.

Ordered a product online and when I got to the store they got me in and out quickly. Everything went great, no complaints

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and safe. Products are organized in a way that makes sense, and even if it is hard to find a product, the staff are very nice and always quick to help you find it. The store is accessible and also has ample parking.

Always nice to browse Best Buy to see what's new and this trip was to see what's old, lol. Looking for a closeout item they had on display that didn't quite meet my minimum standards so I drove to 2½ hours to Gainesville, VA to pick up a new one. Heads up - Best Buy will match Amazon prices.

I order online an ssd card for my X series for pick up it said it would be ready an a hours well it was still on the truck and its about 20 minutes to close I'm upset because I drove 30 minutes and I order it an hour before I show them my order they explain the situation I didn't care lol but I understand things happen instead of telling I had to come back tomorrow they the Big 3 my new friends went to the truck found I dont know how it's over 2500 boxes in there truck and made sure I left happy. I must say Best Buy you have 3 great employees and one just got out of training it was her frist real day she was great Scott fix the online cause it wouldn't go through and Jehu was the one that went in back of the truck and found it. I'm saying they really didn't have to do this it was 20 minutes to close I left at 815pm. BEST BUY YOUR STAFF WENT BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY and for that thank you again, Jehu, Scott & Jahnesha

Had a wifi booster that came with a new laptop. It appeared to be intended for use in a commercial office environment. I need a booster, but not overkill.
I was lucky enough to get Thomas for assistance, and I have to say that he is super, super, super. Patient, helpful, knowledgeable.
