AT&T Store

Today I went in for a new phone where I was helped by Michelle, she was very helpful. As we walked in she greeted us and let us know there would be a small wait time. She was the only person working in the store and handled it impulsively. She helped get me a new phone answered all my questions put on a screen protector all while greeting multiple customers. Exceptional service and knowledge by Michelle.

Really appreciated the help I received here for my new Samsung watch. Andrea was thorough in checking out all of the options and explaining everything to me. I would definetly recommend this ATT store. Fast and efficient!

The sales associate was wonderful. I always go to this store when I need a new phone. To be able to get this level of fabulous customer service these days is a treat. I hope AT and T always keeps this store open and are appreciative of the hard work of their associates. They are great.

I walked into the Franklin store and Manny explained earnestly the issue with my phone was screen burn, and we had a good exchange that led to me realizing it was time to upgrade to a 12. Also, we discussed the deal they had on an Apple Watch and decided to take full advantage of the offer. Manny was very knowledgeable and friendly. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful! You should be very proud of the staff at the Franklin store! Thank you!

Went into the Franklin store after having a horrible experience at the Lincoln,RI store. Adam was great! He took his time, made sure we understood what everything on our account and had phenomenal customer service. Someone get this man a raise!

Fantastic service here. The employees here are so helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. There was a pretty big line but they took care of me and my upgrade fast. After all my bad experiences with AT&T. Cynthia and Meichelle are AMAZING! Could not ask for better.

First experience with Adam at Franklin Village plaza AT&T store and AT& T. Adam was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He took the time to answer all my questions and educate and helped simplify for me the trade in process on our phones. Highly recommend Adam and this entire staff/store!

I was having issues activating my new phone Sim card so I went to the store. Oscar, the store manager, went above and beyond helping me. He sat down and helped me for over 2 and a half hours and even stayed late after store closing to make sure my problem was resolved. He was a super friendly and helpful guy. I would recommend to any family member or friend to go see Oscar for help. If there was an option to give him a 6 star review I would.

Andrew was extremely patient and kind. He was very helpful and I HIGHLY recommend coming to him for service. I just switch led from Verizon and I can honestly say I am extremely satisfied. The manager Oscar was also very helpful.

Aimee gave my family great service and support! She was such a great help and went above and beyond to help explain, and create the best plan for our family. She was so kind and I truly have never had better service at any store!! If you go in try to get her, she can help you figure out any type of problems, or answer any questions you have about anything! She is very knowledgeable and patient! Definitely will be going back to her with any other phone service needed in the future!!

Excellent Service here at the Franklin AT&T, I went in yesterday 6/28/21 with a bunch of questions and quotes to be made and if I'm being honest, if I was on the reviving end of the amount of questions we asked I would of quit right then. Oscar and his associate Jaliyah were nothing but kind and proficient when it came to helping us! I recommend ANYBODY who needs AT&T service to go to this location! Side note, the store was extremely clean and the music was awesome.

Feliza Cruz was an amazing sales rep. Friendly, willing to help, finding the right phone for me and making my appointment personal. She was not your typical sales rep. Was not pushy or over barring. She took her time and explained everything in great detail.

Awesome experience upgrading my iPhone! Quick and easy. The store was very busy but it looked like the manager had everything under control checking people in and keeping everyone distanced. The vibe was great. Easy to see that everyone was smiling under their masks, and that’s tough to accomplish these days!

Amazing experience in store ... I originally ordered online expecting to p/u in store. The morning of I find out my order was canceled bc apparently they could not verify my identity, Of course nobody from AT&T online customer service got in touch with me to let me know this apparently I was just supposed to show up at the store and find out for myself. Well my fiancé and I went to the store anyway and Mandy helped us he was incredible he straightened everything out got us the phones we wanted even got us an discount on our plan. The manager was incredibly helpful as well they had us in set up and out under a half an hour I couldn’t have been more pleased with their service. Now the online service that leave something to be desired so if you’re in the Franklin area and you want to go with AT&T I suggest you just go in store from the beginning and skip online altogether ask for Manny ... wonderful customer service skills.

We had the best experience at this store today. Feliza exceeded are expectations and was a delight to work with. Having recently bought an Apple phone at the store and being told to go home and set it up with no assistance, it was a delight to be treated so well and have my expectations exceeded.

I want to say that Nick sold my husband and myself two new phones today. Our phones were old and Nick was so patient with us showing us all the new features on the phone. What patience Nick had. We must have asked Nick the same questions more than once, but Nick was so helpful and never made us feel uncomfortable.Nick Is a great asset to. I came into the ATT store in Franklin with major issue with my phone as the number had been stolen by TMobile. The staff was amazing and super helpful. I was literally in the store for over 3 hours while all 3 of them tried to do what they could to help out! Highly recommend this location!!!
