When it comes to buying boots, I always want George and Tony around. These are two gentlemen that shine bright like a diamond. Not to mention John who always has the most cheerful spirit. I plan on coming here to purchase my boots for the next 40 years. It is as good as it gets. I wouldn't change my experience here for anything else in the world. My supersoles are comfy womfy, and filled with the history of proud Minnesota culture. Thank you George for ushering in the new era of boots.

Went in to get a new pair of work boots, and the two guys working were great to help me out and fine the pair I was looking for. It was fast and friendly. service like I got should be normal, but sadly, it isn't the case anymore. I would do business with this location again.

I bought my first pair of redwings here November second of this year. I am a mobile diesel mechanic so I’m naturally hard on footwear. The first few days my boots were stiff as normal but broke in extremely nicely. By far the most comfortable boot I have ever worn. About a month later I wore a hole in the toe of the left boot and the right boot was not too far behind. (Not the boots fault, my line of work is just hard on all clothing and footwear) I called them this morning and asked them about their tough toe product and if it would seal up the hole. They said the product will seal it and prevent more wear in the future. They said they would like to see the boots to see how bad they were. So about 4 hours later I bring them into the store to have have looked at. They informed me they could repair them and I asked what the price would be and they said they would cover it. AMAZING customer service. And extremely informative about boots and sizing (cause of them I learned my previous boots were one size too big and that was causing my knee pain) I will only be buying my boots from this location. I highly recommend coming in and looking around.

Very great place to get all your boot needs. Lifetime warranty on all boots but best thing is they keep you in the system so you can find the right product. Picked up some new inserts & socks today.

I called to get my wife a replacement pair of boots (they last well but she walks a ton at work).
They were able to look up the exact model and size she needs
George said they don't have it in the shop, but he would call his trucks to see if they had it.
15 min later he called back that the boots were at the store waiting for me.

Husband has been getting his shoes here for years and absolutely loves it. Always get him exactly what he wants and he always gets a perfect fit. Very helpful and actually take time to listen to what the customer wants.

Bought 2 pairs of steel toe boots here, loved the first pair. Had to get a second pair recently and they helped me find a replacement in another color since my favorite pair only came in brown. Shoes and feet didn't agree but they were nice enough to find me a better match couple days later.

Best experience purchasing shoes. I went in with a voucher from my work that had limited boots on the list. The guy working was patient and pointed me to the boots that were on the list. After many trips to the back to get various boots the worker seemed pleased to help me choose the best pair. I will shop here for my boots and reccomend this place to anyone looking for quality boots.

They're soles have a warranty for cracks. Mine developed cracks, and they replaced my boots completely for free no questions ask. It was quick and simple and the guys there are great!

Very pleasant helpful service. Found the boot for me without pushing for a "popular style." Coon rapids store is horrible and I drove the extra few miles to the circle pines store which is much better!
