Incredible variety and selection of craft beer and wines, organized in a way to make finding what you're looking for easy. They have rotational beers on tap with growlers. Staff are friendly and helpful. Also stocked with supplies for home brewers.

This is a awesome store, it had everything my wife and I needed to make our first run of beer. The sales personnel was outstanding and very helpful in helping us with all our many questions. As for parking that's kinda hit or miss depending on what time you go, it is street parking only.

love this place. You can pick out singles, they often have tastings, and I can always ask the staff about wines when I can’t decide. Nice to have a local spot and love that it’s female owned!

Cannot think of a better brew shop! We stopped in to get some local beer and ingredients for our homebrew. We didn't know what we wanted but no fear one of the owners Julie helped us out and shared one of her personal recipes! Looking forward to our brewday!

Stopped by to try pick up local beers. Was disheartened to see so many 4 can packs of beers, but appreciated the help of a member of staff recommending beers and also selling me singles from the 4 can packs. Major kudos for that - I was in no mood to buy multiple 4 packs to try all the beers I wanted to sample. A strong, varied selection across all styles with fair pricing.

I had a great experience at The Brew Shop this Thursday. I stopped in for a last minute gift basket, and while I had a super tight turnaround, they went above and beyond to help me out. I was lucky that they had the gift basket supplies on hand (the actual box and filler material). Great service and a fantastic end result! Such a great assortment and at a perfect price point!

By far the best beer & wine shop in the area. Unmatched selection of beer, wine, cider, hard seltzer, hard kombucha, etc. Draft beer available to go in crowlers. Small but tastefully curated cheese and snack selection. Stock is well rotated with attention to freshness, which is especially important for certain styles of beer. And if you are a home brewer, they have supplies and advice for that. If that isn't enough already, the staff is friendly and helpful - no snobbery here. If you are a regular, they will remember what you like and let you know when your faves will be arriving. If you get around by car, don't let the location make you hesitate - there is almost always parking available close by on the street.

Visiting from WI, this place has an amazing selection of beer from all over the place! They parse out and label their beers by type, so it’s super easy to find what you want. I also recommend buying some brew supplies because brewing is fun!

Buy some Family Times, they brewed it with chocolate!!

Went to check out this shop on vacation in DC for some beer. The staff knew their stuff, suggested some really good local/regional beer, and even a brewery to check out.
There was a great selection of beer too.
I’d absolutely go back here just to hang out and talk about beer.

The Brew Shop is one of my favorite places. Amazing selection. The owners/employees are SUPER knowledgeable and wonderfully nice. They've introduced me to my new favorite beers/wines. The place is pet friendly (just learned that) so stop by if you're walking you four-legged friend. Overall: A+ local business.

I've been here several times now, and the staff is always friendly, and offer to help you find a great tasting beer based on the kinds you like! If you order ahead to pick-up they are quick to fulfill the order, and speedy at pick-up! I highly recommend signing up for their newsletter to get the details on their constantly updating stock of independent and local brews. I couldn't be more happy with the selection!

Cute little place with great service! Went in looking for some bottles of wine for gifts. They didn't have the major brands like other retailers, but that was fine. The bottles I landed on were pretty unique and the guy at the register seemed excited about the purchase. He knew exactly what to recommend as a food pairing and he took his time to chat with us about it. He even offered a wine tasting of some stuff they had on tap! Seriously awesome service and a very unique, quaint little shop. Great job folks!

Awesome beer selection - growler fills, bomber bottles, six-packs, and singles. They have nice wines and ciders too and their staff is great - friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely check them out. Great way to support our local small (female-owned!) small businesses!

This place is awesome! Everyone here is so nice. They always have new beers both bottled and on tap. Their weekly newsletter keeps me up to date on what they'll be adding. They have tastings on Fridays. My next step will be trying home brewing and I'll definitely be picking up my equipment here.

I just needed a six pack and The Brew Shop came through. This place also had growlers to go and beer making supplies. I didn't purchase any beer making supplies since I wanted to start drinking immediately. Everyone should check it out. You can just go for yourself!

The spot if you’re a beer or wine lover. Plain and simple. I’ve seen several beers here from various places in the country that I’d only ever been able to find at the brewery where they’re made. While I miss going into the shop (no customers because COVID), their online ordering system is unbelievable: accurate inventory with pictures, and every time I’ve ordered it’s been ready for pick-up within 30 minutes. I cannot sing the praises of the entire team enough!!
