AT&T Store

Bobby Jones was amazing! I had a lot of issues to get through with my account and my phone. Bobby was patient and worked with me to get everything fixed and set up. I would definitely ask for him to help you with whatever you need!!! Truly an amazing guy, who made a bad day great!!!!

I frequent this store on W. McDermott in Allen. The staff is always so kind explaining new technology and plans for cell phone and TV. I called them to ask about getting new remote controls or letting them reprogram my two. I was instructed to call customer service to get someone to walk me through the process. I was overwhelmed with the expertise Ms. Kaberil demonstrated in helping me reprogram my two devices. I’m happy that I did not have to schedule someone to come to my home to do this. I am very pleased with Direct TV customer service staff for their professionally trained agents. I recommend AT&T/Direct TV highly.

Came in with a broken screen left out with a new phone and two new watches I even got one for free Matt Is THE BEST!!! Thank you so much greatest experience I’ve ever had with AT&T ❤

Raymond is absolutely phenomenal. He was helpful and patient throughout my entire time there. I ran into a myriad of issues trying to switch services to AT&T, some was the agent from AT&T the night before who did not port my information correctly, some was T-Mobile lying to me. Raymond let me use his phone to call T-Mobile support and helped relieve a lot of stress. I will gladly be back whenever I need help, forget the online tech support, nothing beats personal human interaction.

I must say that of my 10+ years with this service, never have I been so satisfied with my experience as I was at this particular location. Was promptly greeted at the door by a cheerful employee and once I met the representative I would be working with I was floored by his product knowledge. Alvin absolutely knocked it out of the park and I'm *IN LOVE* with my new Samsung phone. Alvin puts the A in AT&T!!!

Noah was outstanding as a rep! I went in for a few basic questions and Noah was able to answer every question, help me save money, and was very professional. With service like this I am a very happy AT&T customer.

The representatives here have the up most respect for your time and money, came in for a simple upgrade on my phone because I wanted to get the promotion for the iPhone. They transferred my stuff and made sure all my data was on my new phone and promptly explained what to expect on my next bill. Alvin,Sameer, Dallas, and Raymond all were very kind and super personable highly recommend this at&t!!!

Everything was perfect and service was excellent.

I recently had a situation with my accts everything got messed up from an outside ( of att ) sales person. I went into this store frustrated angry and stressed out as it seemed everything this other sales person claimed wasn’t true. They listened to what happened and they were able to clear each issue I had one by one. It was a slow process as some issues came up when the bills were received, but they all were super nice, patient, and willing to answer all of my questions (which became legion as more and more issues popped up from this previous situation) Ray, Alvin, Maurice, Chase and there were a few more I didn’t get names for. They are all amazing and very good at taking care of the customer. Thank you all so much for all your help.

Walking into this particular branch is an experience akin to breathing the freshest, purest air. The friendly and helpful staff greet you like flowers blooming in a meadow on a serene morning day.

I visited this store a while ago the customer service was great and I had good feeling as soon as I entered the store, the customer service was by Raymond and he has the best customer service anyone could ask for!

Very happy with the service at this location. 100% worth the drive from Plano.

Pretty much everything went wrong when we were trying to activate my phone and Jessica was great.

A lot of other people would’ve given up and told me I had to call tech support for Apple to get the problem fixed. Instead she took the reins and worked it out and now my phone is up and running.
