I love this location! It’s right on my way to work, so I frequent pretty often. The staff is so incredibly kind, and my drink always comes out sooooo good! Thank you to the staff who always makes my mornings more enjoyable. :)

I work here once or twice a week and I am absolutely amazed with the rapport this staff has created with their regulars as well as being super nice to all their new people. I work from home so I have been to many a Starbucks and never have I seen a group of people that genuinely seem to care about their customers and it shows. I was gone for a month and they noticed! I swear it's the little things. Anyway, the drinks are consistently good, the service is timely, and if the staff is having a bad day, you would never be able to tell. This is a well-oiled machine. Somebody in corporate, give them more money.

Extremely efficient staff behind the counter. They are warm and friendly too.

Coffee or tea drinks are always excellent, and the hot breakfast is filling, and service is always friendly and professional.

They are always busy but the team members always have a smile on their face and always ask about my day kids or dogs. I love it when they take the extra step and give me my extras. I add 4 shots to my drink so there is extra. Not every Starbucks does this for me.
You guys rock and make my mornings a little easier!

This team is awesome! They practically know my order before I even get to the counter. Sometimes they recognize the sound of my car at the drive thru.
Always alert, fast service.

Love it when it PERFECT 🥰 white chocolate Mocha with oakmilk, Carmel drizzle and Cinnamon powder. 😋 Yum (Hot or Iced) delicious

If you're ever sick, get a Venti Medicine Ball with 3 shots of peppermint. That cup 🥤 has healing powers. It maybe almost 5 dollars. However ☝🏽 it will help sooth you. I don't ever regret buying it. I mean ever!

I really love the Starbucks, they are mango dragon fruit refresher is amazing, and I totally recommend it. I practically only drink that one because it is so good, in fact, the employees already know which one I'm going to get!

The food and drinks are always good. Went through the drive thru. Service was friendly, and the person bubbly, which made it nice.

Need to work on staffing to full capacity, but that's everywhere these days! Great place, and people!

The coffee is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. The manager, Chris, is very welcoming and is willing to get behind the counter and lend a hand during busy times. That is the quality of a great leader I admire. Guys and Gals keep up the great work. You all are making life wonderful one cup at a time!

I love the atmosphere here!! There is a barista named ella who always makes my complicated order easy and perfect each time!!!! Huge props to her and the rest of the team!

I came into this starbucks because it was on the way to where I was going. When I walked in (in the PM) I was helped by Jake who was super kind & very helpful. I am also a fellow partner & I love to see genuine kindness and hard work when I go into new stores, I felt super welcomed & an over all good energy. There was also a girl working with him with blonde hair, I didn’t catch her name but she was super sweet & happy to help me & my big crazy family. 10/10 recommend this store!

Awesome Starbucks location! The baristas are always so incredibly engaging and kind. They always ask me how my day is going and make my latte the way I like it every time! Shoutout to the AM crew, y’all are great!

This isn't your ordinary 5 star review.

I'm a little afraid to admit spending so much money on coffee, but here I go:

I visit this Starbucks nearly on a daily basis. For the most part, the staff is super kind and should be given promotions. They know how to make everything perfectly.

Then, occasionally, there is one specific person who isn't the greatest at making coffee. I don't know her name and I wouldn't use her name against her, but she is absolutely terrible at making drinks and even the food! As for the drinks, they taste very watered down when served by her. When it comes to the food, sometimes it's not heated correctly, and other times it has a terrible tasting chemical burn which actually makes me gag, I don't want to overreact but it's pretty darn inedible. And just little things like there's no green stopper when going through the drive thru, etc. It is not my goal to try and sound like a typical Karen, but my god if I see her making my coffee or food, I know it's going to be bad. If all of the staff were to serve food and drinks of this quality, the establishment would be getting a one star easily from me. However, like I said above I appreciate the rest of the staff as they are truly very kind, considerate, and do an amazing job even at 5:00 in the morning.

TL;DR
There's a staff member who works here that was not trained correctly or makes shortcuts which in return makes the drinks bland, and the food different temperatures or have a chemical burn taste. I would be cautious if you just wanted to get something here once, it's literally a gamble.

My husband and I always stop at Starbucks and today they got them perfect and the location is off 75 North, exit 33. We order the same thing everytime and that is the Carmel cappuccino with extra Carmel, extra shot of coffee and extra extra Carmel on top of the topping. It was so perfect and so delicious 😋🤤! We tried a couple of other locations off of 75 North, but they always mess the order up. Very frustrating when you place a order through the drive thru and they always mess them up. The texture was perfect as it was cold, fresh and creamy without any chips of ice in them. Super friendly staff. Thank you Starbucks!

I eat at Starbucks very often! I have always had a good experience other than this past weekend. Though nothing was done to correct it this past weekend, I called the store today and spoke with the manager, Chris. He made sure everything was situated quickly and professionally, and even remade my order from this past weekend on the house. Great customer service, and a great manager! Thanks, Chris!

Great location - great service. I was fumbling through multiple gift cards trying to purchase a traveler coffee (for the office), and the person assisting me was more than happy to walk me through everything and even combine my gift cards for me at the end!

There was very high turnover on mobile orders (go inside to pick up) so I'd suggest that rather than the drive thru if you're in a hurry!
