T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I was traveling and I had left my phone in an Uber. When I arrived to Atlanta, my friend gave me an extra phone he had but I had to get a new SIM card with my number transferred to it. He took me to the PTC store. The manager and another employee went out of their way to assist me with the transfer. (Keep in mind it wasn’t easy,
since my original phone was on a security lock and the SIM had to be verified before issuing a new one. Lots of technical stuff to work through) They went above and beyond not just because it was their job to assist, but they truly and genuinely wanted to help me. TJ, the manager, even stayed an hour after his shift until it was sorted out. I was relieved and they saved me so much stress and inconvenience! I apologize that I’ve since forgotten the other associate’s name, but I fully intend on updating this review once I find out what her name is.

Best experience I've ever had at a non-corporate phone store, hands-down.
Came in to get help returning my 5G home internet modem, which was late by a month, and Andrew D. helped me cut through all the red tape, staying on the phone with corporate support with me for an hour, jumping through all their hoops to get my equipment non-return fee reversed and made the process easy for me. Made my weekend feel a lot better!!

I had issues with my watch disconnecting from my android phone and I went into the store this morning and was assisted by TJ. He was very professional and helpful and after troubleshooting the issues, he fixed my issue in just a short time. I highly recommend this store and TJ if you have issues. This will continue to be my store.

We recently switched over to T-Mobile and TJ was amazing. He took the time to help us with everything we needed, answered all our questions, listened to what we needed and helped us choose the right plan. This is the only store I will be going into from now on and TJ is the only person I will trust with our account.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager, Tiffany, went above and beyond to make my experience at the store wonderful. She made sure that I got the most for my dollar. In addition, my bill is very low and my service is great. Every time I have any questions I call up there Tiffany is always willing to help. I encourage any and everyone who has T-Mobile to visit the Peachtree City store if you haven’t already.

I had to change my old Sprint SIM card to a T Mobile one. The employees who helped me were very knowledgeable and professional. I ended up having to upgrade my phone but got a great deal. Probably one of the smoothest and quickest experiences I have had at a phone store. Great customer service 👏

Dillon switched my new 5 lines over and had us out in no time. He took the time to compare plans, promos, and show us accessories that we needed. His customer service is the best I've had in a cell phone store EVER! He gave me his contact information and made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left his store. His coworker Drew even stepped in to join our conversation and made us feel even more at home! Huge shout out to Dillon and the store manager Clay, we are customers for life!

There was a problem with the way my account got set up. I worked with the new store manager, Tiffany. She resolved my issue and was available to answer my questions by phone a few days later. She was kind and professional. Great work Tiffany!! Thank you for correcting my phone plan.

Switched over to iPhone and Zoe was phenomenal in helping me with my new phone! Very knowledgeable, polite, and amazing customer service. The team here are all friendly and helpful!

We switched from ATT to Sprint at this location this past weekend. The customer service was phenomenal!! They were knowledgeable, patient, and answered ALL our thousand questions, and on top of that gave us a crazy great deal! Now we have great new phones, a great plan, and we could not be happier with the service at this store! It is refreshing to feel like you will actually be taken care of when you make a big switch like this!

Came in from out of town and visited the Peachtree City T-Mobile store. Andrew Deliz was awesome. He helped me with exactly what I needed. He didn’t try to sell me on some extra stuff. I would definitely recommend this store if you need help with your cell phone. Awesome staff and service.

Great customer service!

Went in to get SIM cards updated to T-Mobile. Short wait outside due to spacing inside....not an issue. Service tech was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Definite customer service improvement versus Sprint service received in past.

This is the best sprint store hands down! Switched from Verizon to sprint yesterday & I got a way better plan with two new phones for way cheaper than what I was paying before. They have amazing deals. I am very pleased with my switch & the customer service is so refreshing!

Went in the T-mobile store Peachtree City location. Store clean lots of parking didn't have to wait long. Mr. Dylan was awesome got my screen saver on in and out quick. Awesome staff and service.

I bought a new phone and couldn't get it to work at all. Apparently it needed to be registered to our account or something? Call center was unhelpful, after going through 4 people in an hour. So I finally went in store where Drew tried everything he could think of to get it to work, but it just kept giving these errors they'd never seen. It was frustrating and I could tell Drew was frustrated
well with me. In the end I went back the next morning and we still couldn't get it to work. Well, my brother had bought a phone that needed Tmobile instead of Sprint (which was the plan we were on) and Drew commented that my phone probably would work without issue on Tmobile as well. Sure enough, here I am typing this review out on my new phone with my now working mobile data.

Thank you to Drew who really did his best to help me get my phone connected and working! I really appreciate the effort you put in and the comfort and support I felt when I got too overwhelmed at one point. I had been super frustrated and emotional during this 3 day stuggle but somehow knowing you were doing your best to help really did calm my anxious mind.

Roddie was a BIG help! The store in itself was well put together the rest of the staff was big help also. I really appreciate the time and effort put into me switching to Sprint yesterday. I highly recommend this store!

I went into the store to complain about the drop calls and my rep helped me out to the fullest! She informed me that I can use my sprint zone app to pin point my drop calls! Friendly environment, very knowledgeable, Super fast service! Visit the peachtree city store.
