Outstanding customer service from Mr. Richmond and Ms. Margarita. I came in the store to print some documents due to technical difficulties on my home printer. They both were extremely nice, patient and accommodating. Because of Mr. Richmond and Ms. Margarita, I have everything that I need for my meeting tomorrow and I can sleep well knowing that I am prepared. THANK you again for going out of your way to assist me! I appreciate you.

Love staples. Convenient location, always clean, always has what I need in stock! Love the rewards program as well. Just had a $20 reward I could spend on anything. So thankful to have a Staples within minutes to my home. Have been shopping at this store solely for at least 8 years and will continue to do so.

This 5 stars is for Mr. Poe at the printing department. Excellent customer service during our printing services. Very respectful to all customers waiting for service. He act knowledged them waiting and still helped us. If you need printing help, ask for Mr. Poe. Kudos Staples for a great employee, now train the others the same way.

Had to come to staples for a last minute emergency print shop 18x24 print out. Despite being extremely flooded with orders, the manager in the printing center helped me get my order printed. Thank you for the awesome customer service! I will be back for all my future orders.

The store manager, sales manager, and checkout person were very helpful and friendly to me at Staples in Peachtree City. They made me feel like a valued customer.

Very helpful staff, which is rare in today's retail. Walked in and one employee took us to the product we were looking for, then another employee asked if he could help and showed us more items that we were interested in.

The Lady that took care of my Business Cards was sweet and gentle with me , she knew her job well and demonstrated an interest in serving me, as a customer, although she was very busy the day I came to pick up my cards and had to wait a little, but, anyway, she did a wonderful job, and I am very pleased.

Staples is always a good place to shop. Associates are knowledgeable and always willing to assist and answer questions whether in the Peachtree City or Fayetteville store.

I never leave Google reviews, but I wanted to give a big shoutout to Richmond. We've been to this Staples multiple times for various purchases, and he's always so kind and helpful. It's certainly not easy working in the retail industry these days, but you and your team are doing an awesome job. Thank you so much for all that you do!

These employees try their best to be sure orders are taken and people get what they need, even when short-staffed. Dominique, Magarita, Hannah and Kimberly, especially Margarita who went the extra mile to ensure my order was accurate this time. Margarita goes above and beyond to help while ensuring everyone has a pleasant professional experience. This helps create a great overall experience for all of the staff working so hard. Excellent!

Suggestion:
Perhaps support to staff with extra incentives, including upper management, for putting forth their best effort. Speaking to the other associate who seemed extremely unmotivated to assist anyone.
Bottom line:
Be patient and know the workers are trying the best they can. Kindness goes a long way :)

Love the new store layout-so much easier to find products. Also took advantage of the TSA Precheck application and appointment.

I needed a ledger tablet & the sales person new exactly where they were, way in back left.

After a terrible experience at OD in Newnan, came to Staples. Impeccable customer service. Josh was wonderful, offered multiple options, knew how to use the resources he had to facilitate customer need. Wonderful employee, great customer service, seamless experience. Do not know the lady’s name that was with him in the print shop. She wasn’t helping me but she was also enjoyable, friendly, and that is customer service in and of itself. Way to go Staples!

I was looking for an office chair that provided lumbar support. Richmond (Staples team member at the Peachtree City location) provided exceptional customer service not just in helping me pick out my chair, but also when I came back almost 2 weeks later when I decided to return that chair because of back pain and get a different chair that Richmond recommended. No issues returning and Richmond helped through the entire process. Thank you Richmond!

Christina (The Rock Star) Sometimes you receive good service, or service that meets your expectations. However when you receive service the exceeds your expectations and it happens more than once it deserves mention.
Christina has repeatedly exceeded my expectations and she has done it again. While traveling for business I needed a print project done (yesterday of course) and decided to use the on-line ordering process. Little did I know that the ordering process had changed. So, I placed my order and uncharacteristically, did not receive a verification reply. When I called the store Christina informed me that the web site had changed and that I needed to place the order differently. By the time I could get to a place that I could complete this task, Christina had already taken care of it for me.
I know how busy the print department can be and how understaffed it is regularly. I am sincerely grateful for her efforts, competency and professional attitude.
