Weis Markets

My husband recently went in to shop and had an issue with a mismarked price. He left being frustrated but decided to call and talk to a manager. He talked to Brian the manager and he told him to come back for the item. I was the one that went back and the manager was very helpful nice and did exactly what they said they would do for us. I believe he went above and beyond it could have ended badly but it didn't. Everyone that I came in contact with in the store was very polite and helpful. Thank you for the great experience.

Just had to run in for a few last minute items. I like the set up and cleanliness of the store. Quick shopping experience.

I am disabled, so I have to use the granny cart. Everyone, not just Weis employees offer to reach things.

This is a very nice store. I end up shopping here at least once a week. They always keep it clean, and the shelves are always well stocked. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Plus we fill all of our prescriptions at their pharmacy. Their prices for medicine is hard to beat and you also save money on gas if you have their rewards card.

Great job managing our current distancing situation. Eventhough checkout line looked long it was very efficient and I was at checkout in 5 minutes!

Nice bright but not too big grocery store. Usually has enough cashiers to check out. Great "Wonder Chickens" cooked and ready to go. They carry things we don't find in bigger stores.

Former employee here, worked there when it was Kings (2002) and then Weis Markets (2012-2015). Recently moved back to the area from NC. Glad to see the store was updated since I left. Yes the bathroom is at a weird spot, but it’s been the same place since the store was an IGA and kinda hard to move plumbing like that. There’s quite a few employees there that have been with the company for a long time, which is hard to find in this day and age.

Purchased alcohol for a get together. I don't drink but they had a wide variety of beers and wines to choose from. All seemed reasonably priced and we'll stocked.

There are SO many things I love about this Weis. It's so close, (less than 4 minutes!) and that's always great, but it's also easy on the wallet because of all of the specials and sales they run. My husband is the one who 'clips' the digital coupons and checks the sales online before going (he's been the designated 'goer-outer' since it became necessary) and then he keeps an eye out for the sale items that aren't in the circulars. This Weis isn't that big, but it serves so many, and it's managed to retain the feeling of a small town grocer while offering a great selection of items. It's fairly crowded in the afternoons and early evenings, so I would suggest going in the morning.

From the Bakery to Produce, Deli to Sea Food this is by far, hands down the best Weis Market in Berks County. The products and prices are great, but it is truly the people who work there that make it the quality shopping experience that it is. 5 stars.

With prices as high as they are in today's market. I was surprised to see my 7 prescriptions cost me nothing and a cart full of groceries only 114.00. Reminds me of older times. It pays to be a club member, thankyou Kings (Weis) in oley.

I was so pleased to see that you can get beer and wine at this store, and while the selection can not rival that found at a larger distributor, it was impressive to see the variety of microbrews and imports available.

The in-store bakey has a great selection of items baked on site.

The checkout staff was attentive and courteous when I had an issue with using an in-store coupon.

Well stocked and can find what I'm looking for. Prices seem higher for some items compared to other grocery stores but, food prices are just high period!

Employees here are really nice. Stopped in for the bathroom and pick up a bottle of wine. Area surrounding the store is desolate. However the store looked organized, stocked and clean. Customer service ladies weren't available, however the floor clerks were super helpful.

The young lady last night who helped me in the deli was fabulous. Was closed at 7pm. I got there around 7:05. She said they were closed but than offered to get me what I want. She went above and beyond for me. I just wish I could see her name tag to give her a shout out. So Weis in oley if you read this the lady who worked Friday night ( September 2) was amazing. She deserves a raise

Have been shopping at Weis markets for years. They have the best selection and the biggest sales. The food is always fresh and the customer service is excellent. The bakery is delicious and they have very talented cake designers. The meat and produce is always fresh. I will always recommend this as a place to shop for all your household needs. If they don't have it in stock, or it's a product they haven't carried in awhile, they will order it or find a place that has it. They go above and beyond for their customers.

I love this store! I call it my Weis Market. Located in a college town , they offer something for every age. Just recently added a wine section to their list of foods. This store is clean and very busy. The staff is helpful and down - home friendly. Grand selection of groceries, fast foods, fresh fish and delicious baked goods made in- house make this store a full service grocery market place! This store has been at this location over 50 years- it's an area institution!

Stoped for quick lunch.got 4.00 hoagie not bad for money. Doughnut was amazing! Fresh very full very soft. Spoke to baker was very nice Checkout was fast Nicki took care of me quick accurate friendly.

I absolutely love Weis I miss my buddy who I always seen there on the beginning he had a smile that lit the whole place up and always polite if ur seeing this review come back
