So I’ve read a lot of a lot of the reviews, and they’re all mostly positive. But the consensus from the bad reviews seems to be about customer service. I don’t know if everyone else was in the woods behind the property, because my experience was fantastic because of the employees. I only came in to use the kiosk, which netted them exactly zero dollars. They easily could have let me struggle as I was having an issue initially. Not to mention I’m on crutches with a broken leg, and as I was struggling with the kiosk my “good leg” started to tire and become very wobbly. I wish I had the gentleman’s name, but he not only helped me with the kiosk but immediately got me a chair when he saw I was wobbling. That right there is customer service and how a small act of kindness earns repeat business. Thanks guys, I appreciate it!

I started going to cro during covid and since then I haven't gone anywhere else. The customer service, product selection, and accessories are always the best! I tell all my friends that cro is the place to go... My most recent experience I went to look at revolvers and/or possible .308 rifle options, and they are the most helpful, informative and friendly group of people to buy from. Even though I ended up not purchasing anything, they were still 100% ready to help and answer any questions as well as pop a few friendly jokes like we were all best buds. Highly recommend if are in the area for a great friendly but extremely helpful experience.

Just sold one of my pistols at Cro arms, couldn’t be happier with the service and price they gave me. I called and got a rough appraisal. I came in and they had me out of the door in less than 10 minutes. Super polite and helpful. Next time I need ammo, accessories, or a new firearm I will be going right back to Cro arms!

Awesome place to find unique firearms, ammo, and accessories. The Manager, Tom, is an extremely friendly and thorough guy. They are very fair with trade values as well. Highly recommend Cro Arms.

Amazing! From the selection of firearms to the inventory of ammunition that these guys have is almost unbelievable. Not only do they have a great selection the staff and the owners are a delight. Very friendly and always make you feel welcome like family! The prices are super reasonable especially with the times that we are having with everything firearms related. They will have my business forever. PS the renovations make this the absolute nicest looking gun shop in the surrounding area!

Both firearm purchases I have made here have been flawless! Every single employee is knowledgeable in many different aspects of the gun world. Buying a high quality rifle is a big choice not only which one but price as well. When I selected My Zev 10.5 " I was well taken care of even though it was a shop favorite. These guys are awesome , great stock and a huge selection of ammunition. You may pay a little bit more but you are getting the expertise and if you have ay other questions after the purchase they are right there to help !

Cro Arms is a very friendly environment. Staff was very helpful and patient. Very thorough and answered all questions with no hesitation. Staff is very knowledgeable on their merchandise. Never felt uncomfortable like I have in most places I went to. Talked with me the entire time while waiting for my background check to process. They make you feel comfortable almost like a family. I will continue to go back for any and all merchandise I choose to buy from now on. Prices are fair and not higher then what they should be like most places I have visited. They don't price gouge.

Cro-arms has really good customer service. The salesman Vinny was very informative showed us a lot of different pistols and rifles made it easy for me to purchase my first AR. I highly recommend this store good customer service the owner and everyone there is friendly , wide range of varieties good prices go there you will not be disappointed !

I've bought several firearms and lots of ammo from Cro-Arms in the past year and they are by far the best gun dealer that I have dealt with in Berks County. The staff know their stuff and are willing to help to make sure you make a purchase that is right for you and your needs as opposed to just selling you something to make a sale. This is my go-to place for all of my firearms and ammo.

Really good experience buying my pistol. The guys were all very helpful. My salesman spoke to me, not my husband, about what I wanted. The store was clean and well organized.

Exceptional gun selection. Most major makes and models and alot of firearms hard to see in stores. Large selection of accessories, magazines, optics and huge variety of ammunition. Staff friendly and admit when they don't know as opposed to making it up.
Pricing on many items at or above msrp, which is, unfortunately, more common these days, but used firearms at good price ranges.
If you want to get hands on a firearm, or find a model you can't nail down online, a great place to start!

First time I was in the shop I was greeted promptly with a “hello, what can I help you with today”. They didn’t have what specifically asked about but recommended alternate products and pointed me to a few sale items I also purchased. Friendly staff, a great selection of firearms and gear. I will most definitely be returning here.

Being a woman walking into this establishment, I felt very comfortable. Definitely felt that I was treated with respect and not made to feel inferior in anyway. I felt comfortable enough that I would be able to walk in without my husband and know that I would get the same treatment next time. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase any one particular piece and there was quite a selection and many that I would love to have taken home. I would recommend to anyone; Come, check them out and see for yourself.

Goran and Mario run an excellent shop. Great selection especially with AK or east European weapons, and they also are direct with HK which is a nice plus. Good pricing and great customer service with knowledgeable staff.
