Tuffy Bear Discount Furniture

I purchased a reclining loveseat from Tuffy Bear and could not have received better service anywhere. Very friendly people and Shawn was just awesome. I will definately return when the need for new furniture arises. Tuffy Bear is definately the best furniture buying experience that I have ever had. Thanks Shawn!

We needed a new sofa and after searching four Bangor area stores we finally found exactly what we wanted at Tuffy Bear. From our sales man to the delivery men, and everything in between, all I can say is PERFECT! We love the sofa and the customer service was great. Everything went off without a hitch, which is rare these days. Thank you Tuffy Bear!

Over the years I've purchased a bed, kitchen table set, and couch, and have always been extremely satisfied. They go above and beyond, even allowing me to lay on the display mattresses for 20 minutes or so each to make sure I got the right one (which I did). Great place, great selection, great staff.

Edit...9/29/18......returned yet again, this time to buy a living room set. Another great experience. Low pressure, knowledgeable sales staff and awesome selection to choose from. Found what I was looking for at a good price, and ordered it. Realized the next day I wanted the loveseat to recline, and stopped by to change the order. The owner (Shawn) was manning the front desk, And modifying the order was painless. Go see Shawn and his crew....you won’t be disappointed.

Helpful, friendly staff with a variety of affordable quality furniture. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
Oct. 2018..... an update worth adding:
The remote for my disabled husband's lift chair that was purchased here a while back stopped working suddenly. We called and although it's not a stocked item they graciously ordered a replacement at no charge and took our number to call when it arrived. They had our replacement piece ready for pickup within 5 days!! We thought we'd be waiting a very long time! Easy fix, just plug in and go! We are very happy with the customer service and products at Tuffy Bear and will shop here again as well as recommend them to friends! Thank you Tuffy Bear!!

Great place to to shop for your furniture! Their prices are better than anywhere we looked. The store is absolutely gorgeous. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery drivers were polite and attentive to detail. We are very happy with the quality and prices. Next time we need furniture we are definitely going to Tuffy Bear.

My husband and I have purchased many items from Tuffy Bear. We have always had a great experience. They once again exceeded our expectations when we recently bought a new bed. My husband and I both have back issues and we purchased a bed that neither of us could sleep on. Tuffy resolved the issue quickly and we were able to get a bed that worked for both of us. Awesome 😎 the owner, Shawn, is truly awesome! We had issues with our leather couches and he went above and beyond (to say the least) to make things right and make sure we were happy! Absolutely recommend! Their customer service is unsurpassed; a rarity anymore!

Popped in for a mattress and box spring for our camp after a sleepless night on a futon. The sales clerk helped us find a quality set at a reasonable price and arranged for same day delivery. The delivery guys were so efficient they were loaded up by the time the purchase was completed and followed us to our camp. They even moved the cursed futon for us! We slept much better that night!

I've read some of Tuffy Bears reviews after we bought our dining set. And I would give them a very good review. My husband and I live on Cape Cod. We drove up to Tuffy Bears to look at a pacific piece of furniture they had on the computer. Ended up buying something totally different. They couldn't have been any nicer. They kept our dining set for two weeks in their warehouse till we could come back and pick it up. And they said no rush. The best service we have had from anyone in a long time. Great service from Darby the salesman! Made shopping for a mattress and bed so much easier and hassle free! Answered all questions I had, and had information on everthing about things I didnt know i needed and wanted to know about furniture. Will be returning for any of my furniture needs in the future!
